The Mandapam is enormous. Need to walk 10-15 steps to reach the entrance. The food was served in 2nd floor. But one could say the building is old by looking at the tiles on walls.

Big hall.. big stage.,. But some difficulties in chair arrangements... Dining hall good....

Spacious for parking and also very good ambience with well maintained chairs and decorations. Balcony view is awesome and can occupy 75+ seats. Big dining hall could occupy 200 in single sitting. Hall can easily occupy 1000 seats. Comfortable for drones and very good outer view with lake view at the back.........

Big marriage Hall.... Suitable for large functions........ Reception hall is excellent...... Car parking is too big and its good... Bike parking also k.... Dining hall have capacity 200 plus seats.. Lift available.... Buffet area is very nice... U can get more fresh air and nice lake view a big lake and main lake in chennai ( puzhal) .... The place also well maintained which is neat and clean.... Minus is bus stand is little bit far away from tha mandapam.... Otherwise everything fine.....

4floors mahal with 1st floor wedding hall second floor balcony sitting , 3rd floor dining , 4th floor buffet. With spacious car parking and ground floor bike and car parking space . Old age people must use lift . Because narrow steps for first floor . Puzhal behind the mahal and mahal back to the petrol bunk .

Very big parking area and spacious hall .2 lifts are available which are very slow and less capacity to carry .

The hall is well maintained and has a good look and interior design. The price is nominal and has car parking facility where more than 200 cars can be parked.

Decent AC HALL, can accomodate 1000people I guess. They have their own DESIGNER, CATERING, SERVICE PEOPLE. RATE for booking is pretty decent. But the only con is, its too far from city

Easy to approach from main road... Lifts are not sufficient for the marriage crowd... Has great parking space.. ground floor is parking... First floor is for events.. second has balcony and third is for food. If one travels from Redhills they have to take the service road adjacent to puzhal lake to reach the venue

I Have already described in detail floor by floor wedding hall&dining hall but to my dismay the civic &sanitation facilities like two bath rooms & a single toilet for the entire marriage hall that too worst maintained wash basin blocked gutter water over flowing is disgusting, even though the office room is in the two wheeler parking area next to rest room!!!
