It was a very good experience. The Knowledge Session was very informative,clear and interesting. The training center was also good. Overall, the training was well organized and enlightening. Would surely suggest the centre to my friend.

This is my intermediate course with same trainer. I gained more knowledge in this course, not only in service operation we had discussed all stage. Im planning to take PRINCE here itself. And speaking about trainer, he is well profession and highly skilled.Classrooms having good ambiance and well equipped.

Excellent training, this is what a professional expects on any program. The concept were explained briefly with perfect example where we can implement the process/concept in our real-time environment. I like the way trainee (Mr. Suresh) explained. Simply superb, way to go

Trainer Mr. Suresh Manoharan is having a sound knowledge towards the subject. The way the training was conducted is very good. The training was driven very slowly and in deep diversion towards the concept. Examples are related to real time scenarios. The only concern is the training hall, which would have been with much better lighting. This makes the candidate to feel little lazy and sleepy.

Attended ITIL V3 foundation training & certification program. The facility was good. The instructor was able to explain the concepts very well & has deep knowledge regarding the ITIL concepts. He was able to explain with real time examples. Would recommend for others.

Good training with knowledgeable person and enjoyed the training throughout. Had a good understanding on ITIL foundation. The trainer (Suresh)was teaching with proper flow and had co-related it easily with examples so that everyone in the class understood.
