Interior/facility in Gym is excellent whenever I enter into gym, I get awesome energy and knowledge/motivational from the Masters.They are eager to help and will to take time/care me very much and also they understand what we are striving for and they WILL get you there further I feel like HOME and My depression level reduced drastically. I love the diverse workout combinations and diet guidance.

Stop calling this place is GYM this is a fitness studio because not even 10 percent exercises of GYM are available there.Trust me i saw a lot of GYM in my whole life but my experience is worst their. I can see mostly cons and less pros in this fitness studio.PROS:1. Cross Training available.2. Not even 50 person are coming in the whole day so you will get a lot of space because people made mistake for paying the fees after that no one interested to come back in.3. GYM is clean always because trainer will keep on poking you to bring the full size towel if you want to use the bench.CONS :1. No GYM equipments. ( Not even wrist exercise) .2. No Sawna bath ( Steam bath) which is mandatory for everyone now a days.3. Very limited exercises e.g if 3 people are occupied leg extensions then you have to wait to much in between the exercises.4. In that much big GYM only one belt is available so your whole schedule got ruined because without beltYou can do exercises.So many things to say but no point to write too much.Melody khao khud jaan jao ( Go and visit by yourself )
