They are fraudsters, they will treat you differently if you book through OYO. They will give your room to other people if you dont check-in on time, they will give all lame reasons to avoid giving the room to you after paying money. The owner Akshay is a fraudster, never ever choose this hotel for staying.

Pool can be better maintained. Otherwise the place offers a good rereception. Food is moderately health and safe enough. I would expect a little more care to rate them one more star. But there are nice spots for many and versatile people. Dont get me wrong. Its a nice place for a get together with an unwind crowd.

I had a very comfortable stay in this property as the services and the facilities were absolutely self satisfying. The room and the washroom was clean. The staff behavior was also good. The location of the property is easy to locate.

Very nice place, very cheap and very close to a beach. Has a make shift pool which is not that well maintained but its very cool to chill if you are going with your friends. Its close proximity to the beach is its advantage as you can chill a lot. There are lots of facilities in here for such a low price. Also there are pool tables. Smoking is also more or less okay inside the rooms. The people here are also very friendly and the private terrace makes it a very good place to chill.

Very worst place and worst service!! Doesnt deserve even 1 star! Attitude of the people who take care of the property is pathetic! We had booked six rooms but got 2 dorms instead with filthy toilets, beds, cots. AC wasnt working, food was another nightmare! I would never suggest this place to anyone even in my dreams!!The whole atmosphere was sickening, that one of my friends had thrown up after using the washroom. Photos shown in all booking websites are entirely different from what we encountered. Probably those were taken when the property was built. My kind advise, please never ever stay at this place!!

I lived at the resort next to Olive beach and my stay was nice. Was okay for a night. Wasnt very pricey either. The rooms are okay. They are huge and have lot of space for guests. There is a pool and you can play snooker whenever you want. Staff is friendly and will provide you with everything you want. The best part about this was that it was right outside the beach. If you stay here, ask for a room at the other branch near Olive beach. You can thank me later.

View wise its a nice place for having fun with your friends.but when it come to food ..you will get a wonderful dinner but breakfast and lunch not good as dinner ..especially in lunch you will get the same dish which u got yesterday in dinner..

Its well suited for bachelors but not for families. No restaurant here. Resort organizes food from some other place. You will see signboard of NO SMOKING at few locations in the premises, but smoking is rampant in the premises including in some of the rooms. Small swimming pool, but decent enough to have good time. BY Sunday morning, I could see the bottles of liquor lying around the Swimming pool (which was cleaned later) -so, be watchful when you get into pool. Price is negotiable -not cheap, but not very expensive

The hotel is located quite far from main road and inside the web of one way roads.The rooms are nice, they have a pool and a snooker table for recreational purposes.The staff is prompt and nice but the cleanliness is not up to the level. The linens of the room I stayed in were not quite clean and the bathroom drain was clogged. The beach is located next to it but it is also dirty with empty bottles of liquor, plastic waste lying around. It is just OK for the price they offer. They can definitely do better.

Very worst hotel available in ECR. They cheated us by showing the photos of hotel which is present opposite.. Hotel is full of houseflies. You can find houseflies literally everywhere. Yes, it is a huge place to accommodate 10 families. Could be a nice place for family getaways. But it is a big NO GO!!. completely unsafe there are no locks on the gates. And strangers are always randomly coming inside and getting drunk and occupying the pool for which you have paid.Random people keep coming and occupy the pool inside your building.Drunk goons like fellows walk in randomly in the middle of the night to chill and get drunk by the pool.Definitely unsafe for women, children and anyone for that matter.I would definitely NOT recommend this place for anyone.The service is the worst, they do not bring food on time. You have to wait for two hours to get a class of tea.Not proper place to dispose waste too.The bathrooms are tiny and dark and smelly.On the whole the place isUNHYGIENIC, UNSAFE and definitely a big NO GO.

Place for bachelor parties. In house kitchen is add on. They will refill counter regularly. DJ you can enjoy with ur friends if ur minimum 10 pac.

Complimentary breakfast served is really not the standard of a normal veg hotel(Idly served was rotten). They took 2 hours you serve a cup of tea in the morning. This is the horrible place to which you can take your family. To start with we booked over phone, the owner insisted that the amount should be paid in advance, I was doubtful but I paid, u will understand why. The resort is full of bachelors who come to drink. We were given a room next to such a room where party was going on. I felt like I was in the party as there was an asbestos wall which is just kept for the sake of it so that rooms can be given to multiple people and the cigarette smoke was all in our room. I couldnt even check out since we paid full money and it was midnight. The quality of room is pathetic, the bed was broken there was a brick support kept so that it doesnt fall. The fittings are very bad walls will have patches of cement. They dont have enough linen and towels. Dont even think about booking this resort.

This has been one of the worst resorts I have been to. The stay was very untidy with too much flies all the way. Rooms are not at all maintained and stinks,even though we insisted them to clean it.The place is not at all recommended for couples or families.Dinner was average. Breakfast was fine.There was frequent power cuts and the people were not serious when we questioned them.The whole place was open to the local boys who are residing nearby. Hence there was zero privacy.There were two pools here. Both pools are very unmaintained and the water is very sludgy. They didnt even clean the water the next day.Overall I give the least rating to this resort. I dont recommend anyone to visit this place. You will regret the Stay for sure.

The resort is located near the beach and no way board from ecr main road. 1st birthday celebration held here. Service is good but food taste is not as expected. Rooms are big and not so neat but ok. We can use the terrace for dining purpose. Over all experience is ok for such a small party.

I made a booking over phone. If you are new to this resort and when you enquire over phone they say all false promises about the swimming pool. Food orders- they say they will deliver to room. Food quality was good. That is one good thing. But veg menus what they promised were not provided. Rooms were a big disappointment. Ac was good. But the promises were not kept up. You have to walk 100 metres to reach the swimming pool which is always occupied by locals. Poor administration. Bathrooms went stinky the next day. No room services. The resort is divided by a public road. So you have to walk a lot for all needs. Couldnt access swimming pool as they were occupied anytime. So we just stayed indoors. Good it had a beach view. Else innum mokka

Pathetic resort with pathetic service. Rooms couldnt be more dirty. There are spider nets everywhere. Washroom doors have holes, big enough that you can even shake hands through it. Tables are with broken legs. No cupboards. Swimming pool water is almost black in colour. Uneven mattresses. Bedsheets with colourful stains on it. Blankets with dirt on it. Rooms filled with mosquitoes. Overall, a nightmare.PS: cannot give less than one star, hence, one star. 🙂

Always you can hear people completely drunk shouting so loud.no good staff. Collect extra money than the bill,they will charge tax of 28% if you pay credit card.They wont provide you with water.They sell hot drinks illegally and its 2 times the usual cost.A group of people always drinking, tonnes of annoying sounds. CHEATERSI had book a room for a day outing of 4 ppl. They promised me something and delivered something. They also knew the resort isnt good for a family but still they didnt even bother to inform us abt it. The room which I got was being divided with few plywood nd sound could easily pass by. The food was so tasty that within the first bite i was almost abt to vomit. Even when i ordered paneer butter masala they served us dal makhni. Nd when i asked for a check out i was promised for a refund via paytm. But after following these CHEATERS for almost 2.5weeks i got a reply which is in screenshot. I dono y the screenshot arent available. Plz ping me anybody Ill show u hw calm these cheaters are. I do have screenshot of the hospitality nature of the owner. Even bedsheets were torn. Lets show these cheaters the power of social media. How do these ppl try to threaten if we give a negative review on them.
