Nice cozy rooms with soothing ambience. WiFi connectivity also good.Have a small but good breakfast spread here, including both Veg and Non-veg items. Certain items are prepared on demand through live kitchen.The overall stay was good but in my opinion, the hotel needs to upgrade their amenities and equipments as per the current trend/technology. Everything is fine in the room, no doubt, but just saying that it just needs a little bit of upgrade.Thank you.

Hudson Upper has a perfect ambiance with a good music and ideal ambiance for enjoyment. The snacks and drinks are good, but ambiance will win your heart. I like the place and can visit frequently too. Another good thing about this place is the price of fare. Hudson Upper is a perfect place to chill out with friends, but needs to improve food.

Property is in good location.near to most of the offices. Restaurant is good. Apart from that, it is not 4star hotel, it is very expensive for the price wat we pay. At this price we can get a 5 star hotel accomodation. Bathroom not soo clean n tidy.over all ok but definetly not 4star category

As an Engineer and ISO Auditor I find Harrison has class and culture of its own, the ambience is very good and optimum occupancy.Its location is prime and very convenient.The staff are matured, trained and well behaved.As for scope for improvement , the bathroom and water closet sink maintainance needs to be supervised for leakage clogging etc.Hot water availability should be 24 hours and not limited as at present .Client should have his choice.Display of floor number in the lift panel while moving to be ensured.Overall HARRISON is a classy experience.worth visiting again I would prefer.congrats to the team !.

This is one of the very few hotels which provides 24hrs Checkin/checkout in Chennai. The rooms are looking good with worthy stay. The central location of this hotel also plays a vital role while choosing it. Staffs are completely hospitable. Good services, good food in all 4 restaurants in the hotels. Room size is acceptable but bathroom is too compact. Other food joints such as Marina seafood, Bombay Brasserie North Indian food, Raddisson Kabab, Mainland China are nearby. overall I am satisfied with my stay.

Would not recommend if you are looking for clean and trouble less stay. Washrooms werent that clean and had a unpleasant odor. Wi-Fi was a trouble and could not connect most of the time.. Had to make many calls to the reception and the excuse was that many people access the network and hence it is intermittent!!! That was a weird excuse... Finally the IT guy sent a router and it was left at my room.. but no support to connect to the telephone line and enabling.. not sure what that IT guy was thinking :) Complementary breakfast was just fine.. Nothing to brag about... very ordinary and is definitely not worth the money you pay for...

I stayed at Harrisons twice and for two days both the time. No value for money.Price: One need to pay additionally for the WiFi at Harrisons. Also, a mineral water bottle costs Rs. 45 after paying an hefty booking amount.Ambience, lights and interior: Service apartment with dim yellow lights. Rooms were like a service apartment. There was no interior and no ambience at this price. Need renovation.Television s audio was not good. No HD channels at this price.Locker seemed unoperational. I tried putting the code, but it didnt work both the times. I didnt bother to call them.Cleanliness: was good. Although, they didnt refill my room with complimentary coffee packets which they should ideally when they come for cleaning.Food: Many options but an average food. I tried two in-house restaurants Meenam and one more. Meenam was decent. Other one was expensive and not so good. I suggest them to serve good south Indian food rather than serving North Indian food; something at which they are good at.I tried a restaurant named Kaidi Kitchen in Mylapore area. It was too expensive but value for money. Food, ambience, concept and theme was adorable.Breakfast: served at Meenam was good. I appreciate the efforts of those people who served me at 6:45 am on the last day. (I had an early morning flight to catch.) Not all items were available at 6:45, but one can have enough.I would prefer to stay at Park Avenue Hotel located in the same area with WiFi and complimentary bottles of mineral water. Comparatively cheaper with good service and its a hotel. Most of the time its booked.

My stay in this hotel went quite well in terms of service quality and staff the it was very well managed..the food tasted well and location wise its located in the heart of the city where all the tourist are quite easily accessible...coming on to the sanitation and cleanliness it was very well maintained..overall it was a good hotel stay.

The vegetarian restaurant Eden serves a pretty decent fare. At the reception theres this boullangerie with excellent cakes and cookies.

This place is not for family. they serve good options of alcohole. jack daniels and many more. finding these in chennai is not a common thing. though the ambience is dull and is designed for guys with groups who smoke and drink. do not go there with family.

This is possibly the only hotel that Ill never walk in again . On July 3 when I had checked in with a confirm reservations of 3 rooms , the receptionist in there gives me a reply saying only 2 rooms are available now and 3rd room would be allocated to me by 6 pm . The reason he says one of his customers had his stay extended , On my continous fight he gave me a reply saying he Can refund. I dint know we get reservations done only to get refunded at the hotel . such unprofessionallism is never entertained by me . Never hire this hotel.
