If there is less than 1 star I wld have certainly rated worst than 1 star... one of the worst customer service and no proper coordination for the staff who r working there.. ordered for a takeaway but taking more than an hour to give it... certainly the WORST EVER HOTEL. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED TO EAT OR STAY. Totally WASTE RESTAURANT... CAN GO TO OTHER NEARBY RESTAURANTS.

I doesnt know that this hotel have this great food . For real today (03/03/21)we went there without an option , but the food changed our mind . I ordered egg podimas , my husband ordered quarter tandoori as starters for main course we had butter Naan & Butter chicken. I cant believe that why this hotel is having 3.8⭐ They deserve 5⭐ . The taste of every dish was outstanding. Im really Willing to visit there again with my whole family . Hope you have great food in Saibala 😊😊

Thanks saibala for such a good experience....only very small thing as a feedback I would like to tell is, there was a short power cut but only five mins... Can avoid that in future .... The ambience of the restaurant is Good and near Pallavaram it is the only A/C Restaurant. The non veg items are limited.Only Chicken and some fish items are available with reasonable price. The veg items like idly dosa are not available here. The dishes like gobi manchurian gobi fry veg rice Roti parota naan items are available here. I Shared some of the dishes I tasted in Sai bala grand 👌🤤😋✨

Food is ok, but the table and chairs used for party orders on roof garden is of pathetic condition. Hotel GM please look into this immediately.

They provide excellent accommodation for families with tasty varieties of buffet breakfast. no matter how the traffic is reaching the airport would just take maximum of 15 min. I ve stayed here on multiple occasions , rooms are neat and clean, well maintained but what concerns me now is their increasing price pattern. I feel its just too much for people who plan for little rest before taking their flights.

BEWARE OF THEIR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM. I tried booked a room through their website in August and took a taxi to stay in the hotel. To my surprise, the hotel said they are closed, and that they are NOT AWARE of any booking! I had family with me, so I had to go to another hotel. Still trying to get my money back. Some company in Istambul, Turkey has charged my credit card for almost 7300 INR for NOTHING! Follow ups through email or in person does not help. So posting this as a warning to others who may be planning to book online.

It is a decent hotel located near to the Chennai airport. The rooms are clean and provided with all sorts of amenities. It also has ample parking space for personal vehicles.The hotel also has restaurant within it and serves delicious food.The most appreciating thing is behaviour of hotel staff towards guests, esp. that of Mr. Kannasamy (manager at reception desk).

Good hotel in a budget... Easy to find of course with help of Google.. very convenient location just 10 to 15 drive from airpirt.. rooms are well appointed.. Central AC is cool.. bath linen are good.. breakfast is also okay to start the day.. Efficient front desk.. overall good experience

Cheaters. When I ask for pint bear, bearer mentioned few names, I selected one from that. After seeing the bill, I was surprised that they have served imported, which I never asked. Be careful in bar while selecting imported brands. The price are different which you will know after seeing the billWrist rooms, no cleaniness, wrost behaviorn wrost. Service.

Pathetic room and attitude of Oyo as I booked from Oyo app. Room differs from what is shown in app. Charged 2011 for one night. It was worth not more than 600-700. No complimentary water bottle, I had to buy for 40Rs from them only. For Towels I had to ask. Bedsheets, pillows everything was dirty. Dont get fooled by glamorous pics they have uploaded. Plus the uncareful attitude of Oyo. They disconnected the call everytime after listening to the issue.

So poor restaurant, even after asking the grilled chicken to be cooked fully and telling them that the previous time order was bad as the grilled chicken was not cooked fully and all the masala in the chicken are very fresh and not marinated with the chicken so to give the grilled chicken properly cooked this time, but again they were deaf and having the bad chef it seems....WASTE OF MONEY....but one thing good which is happened was the street dogs have enjoyed the chicken...

Food was good. Liked the ambience. Good place to hang out with family. Costs approx 450₹ per head. Cant see any lunch buffet. They lack man power.Food tasted very good and I wanted to give 5star but I am giving 4star because of the tough nature of employees. I requested a small bowl of curd for my small kid, and they charged me like 60₹ for that too. I felt this as a very bad gesture. Their behaviour made feel soo bad that I didnt even leave a tip.

This is the best OYO ever I visited. Staff behavior is very nice and politely . The best thing is security of this hotel. All the rooms are fully cleaned. And everyday they are doing the same for all rooms. This is nearest to chennai airport. I am glad to say that you wont be disappointed. Overall the experience is very nice and good. I really appreciate the efforts of all the staffs and owner of this OYO hotel.

Good hotel with helpful staff. Provides free one way airport drop / pickup. Good place to stay if you want to stay near airport. Room quality and amenities are good but can be improved. Breakfast is complementary but not up to the mark.

Worst behaved manager and staffs. No cleaning even after requesting. Overcharged 1500 rupees for extending checkout time by 1 hour. Rude behaviors from the staffs made my experience worse.

Was here for birthday party . Banquet hall was clean and food was excellent especially Andhra chicken was out of the world . Not ashamed to say I hogged it so much. Pleasing staffs aswell.

I generally liked this hotel. Very neat and clean. Staff is quick and responsive.Hardly 15 minutes from MAA airport. They have a dedicated car for airport transfer (one side free, Rs. 300 for the other side).However, the approach road to the hotel is in a very bad shape.Good shops are not very near, specially the eating joints, except Dominos.North-indian food was generally not available. Complimentary tea/coffee was served only on the first day, that too for only two persons in a triple room where four of us stayed on Rs. 700 extra payment.Wi-Fi was too slow. We had to go to a nearby internet cafe for booking a ticket.Overall, I am satisfied.

Cheap Management. No Humanity ! Even if u book though OYO. U will be made to wait near the Reception for minimum 1hour to 2 hours.. And add unnecessary Charges to the level of testing your Patience and they dont Respect even Old people. And my family faced this !! U can go ahead with the booking after reading this if u still want to.

This was my second stay in this Hotel, although its a little difficult to locate as its far from Main Road..the hotel itself is great. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Food is good too although quantity was good for just 1 person (IMO). Staff is helpful and can converse in English. Overall a pleasant stay. Definitely Recommend.

Though located in a slight congested locality, it is ideal for a nights stay to catch morning flight. It is a new property and quite well maintained till now. Though relatively small in size (space being a constraint), the rooms are quite well furnished and the bed quality is excellent. Room, washroom, linens - all very neat and clean. Service quality is quite good and all our requirements were promptly attended to. Food quality was reasonably ok. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and definitely good value for money.

This hotel I have made my standard place to stay whenever I come to chennai. It is really value for money. This time also wifi speed was extremely slow 112 Kbps. so if they improve I will give 5 star for amenities. also this time I found some smell from the pillow cover which on request they change it quickly. otherwise things where fine

Got great deal at Goibibo and I booked this hotel for 1 night as next day I was to travel to Tirupati.This is a very conveniently located hotel, just a 10 min drive from airport. Main plus of this hotel is the cab pick up facility, even if you are arriving late night it is still available, we got cab pick up at 11 PM. Room service is also available late in night, we order something at 11 and we got it, prices for room service are reasonable I would say. Being near to Airport, I even got early morning cab to Chennai central very easily, at 5.30 AM I got Ola in 5 min. though the hotel is quite far from the city.Overall a good experiance.

The place is decent for an overnight stay. The kitchen was fumigated, so we couldnt get any food late in the night. But the staff is curteous. Had a good stay nonetheless. They provided one way airport pickup which helped in a new city.

Booked this hotel and they denied check-in and asked me to talk with OYO for any issue at 3.00am at morning. He told OYO that I didnt show up and told me that they dont have contract with OYO.Really pathetic behavior.In addition to that incharge person sent me to dirty and smelly SAIBALA BUDGET hotel,where incharge manager was cheating with another customer who did booking via OYO. Extorting 3000 for rooms not worth 700.Be aware of these hotels.I want to give negative 5 star to these hotels.

Since it is a new hotel, very small and simple. It is clean and Latest and nicely maintained. Staff members are polite and helpful. It is best for Airport transit, Since it is 2.5 Km away from Airport. Located on the main road, and area is very prime. Overall amazing place to stay with all kind of purpose.

Saibala Grand, Chennai: Really Good. Staff are well behaved. No one waited for tips. Exclusive Veg Restaurant will add to its good image. We stayed at the hotel for a one-day onward transit to Malaysia. The location is a bit skewed from the main road leading to airport. The room and the bed were comfortable to accommodate the three of us (it was a luxury room). The complimentary breakfast was served ala-carte and was not a buffet. The food was OK and the complimentary drop to airport was a value addition. All-in-all a nice place for transit stay near Chennai airport.

Worst place for food. Only oil is floating above the gravy you order (any gravy). And same masala is used for all the gravies resulting in same bad taste.

Saibala Grand is a good hotel, total value for money I stayed for one night on 1st Sep 2016, got at very good rate at Goibibo. Room was very clean , linen was good , food was taste and good. They serve excellent breakfast. They picked me from airport free of cost. Only draw back is locality around the hotel is not so good.

Place true to its name; really truly Transit hotel. Right place for a holiday or to stay longer. Right next to chennai International and Domestic terminal, quite insulated from the noises of the Grand south Trunk Road(GST) Road. Sealed off from Aircraft landing and taking off noises . Rooms are comfortable. Food quite nice. Good place to transit through.

This hotel exceeded our expectation. Starting from management to waiters, all were very good & helpful. My wife & kids were very happy. Place was clean, food was good other than it was little inside everything was five star. I will definitely stay there again if Im going to be in Chennai.

Hotel was not upto the mark compared with the prices they charge. Luxury hotel in Tambaram is far ahead in terms of everything and well maintained. access to the location too is not convenient. For the price they charge, they have to provide a well maintained room. For this hotel we can pay a maximum of Rs. 1000 - Rs.1200. The staff too were not polite and lacked decency.I believed MMT Assured hotels will do a complete check of the hotel and they rate everything based on their standards, I was proved wrong here.

I have stayed here on 06.04.16 and 07.04.16. The front office staff behavior is noticed as very good. Amenities in the room also found good. Except the location everything observed as excellent. Recommended for family and official stay.

It was a great experience to stay. The staff was very cooperative, food was good, room is small but very well furnished with all amenities and very clean. The desk manager speaks Hindi and its a very good shine to attract tourist. I will definitely be the regular customer.

Saibala grande is a good budget hotel and quite near by International Airport. And they are providing also one side pick up or drop at Airport for complimentary it’s great. Overall it’s a good hotel near by chennai airport.

Hotel is located in Pammal main road its about 1 Km from Pallavaram railway station and about 3 Kms from Chennai airport. Rooms were somewhat clean but size of the rooms are so small that guests cant get an extra bed. Regarding the food breakfast tasted really good and lunch is not that good kinda of average only. But the biggest downside is the rates for the room is so high when compared to the other nearby hotels. The prices didnt do any justice whatsoever.

Very unpleasant experience. Management not clear in their policies. We(my son and myself) checked into a double room. My husband used the room for just 10 minutes after a long road trip - to refresh and change clothes as he had to catch a flight. The hotel Charged us Rs.400 for those 10 mins, They told us water is not free, no visitors allowed and also to leave the room if we do not pay. At the time of checking in the reception desk told us that my husband is allowed an hours time and the staff went back on their word. If such a rule existed, then they should have told us in advance. The reception staff spoke very rudely to us. Most unreasonable and unproffesional attitude of the Management!! They have lost a valuable customer in us. I would recommend all guests to think twice before choosing to stay in this hotel.

Overall the stay was good, we reached the hotel at 2pm. The staff are so helpful to take all luggage to my room. We were tired to go out for lunch, so we ordered within 15 min they delivered lunch to room. Also they made a wake up call and were very cooperative to drop back to airport on time. Thanks

Worst hotel i ever stayed. We checked in @ 11.00 pm . So they said food service is not available. Hence bought food from outside for they refuse to provide plates stating that is not in their hotel policy . Also the way they conveyed things is worst. We booked luxury room 205 but for around 3600 but didnt find any thg as luxury. It is a just normal room . I would rate in onegative if i permitted but unfortunately i cant
