This was a mistake. I have accounts with other banks too but the service here was so poor that they wasted my entire day for just taking one DD. And the worst part was I had to wait wasting my own time for a mistake they made in their end and I also had to wait when the manager was busy taking time for her exotic lunch. Common there was 0 custer service. Worst of my experience

I am giving 5 star only for the customer service manager Ms. M Senthamil and office assistant Yadav kumar.Senthamil was very patient in listening to me even when i went irate. within few minutes she was able to provide me solution what i came for! Actually speaking i was having a bad impression of customer care executives in axis bank with my previous experience.. but Ms senthamil changed my mind and i am satisfied with the service provided by Ms senthamil.Not to forget Mr Yadav kumar is so pleasing & polite in organizing the seating arrangements and the way he communicate is so polite makes us happy.Thank you BothMs Senthamil and Mr Yadav Kumar. for changing my bad impression to good impression on Axis Bank.

People are being made to wait for a long time in the loan centre.That is understandable but without being provided chairs and fan.Are u all seroius abt customer care.I went thrice here to get my LOD but each time was made to wait standing without fan outside the bank near the stairs for almost an hour each.Bad service

Dont purchase Axis credit card for flipkart 5% off, They are billing is more than 5% off. Even for no cost emi charging the bill extra with interest and Gst.

I was applied personal loan for axis Bank and more percentage of interest collected at that time. Situationaly i was applied and ggt the loan amount with Rs. 8000/- deduction.Now at this Covid-19 moratorium situation i was applied for moratorium in 2 months Apr & May but after checked with my net banking loan section increase my tenure period of 2 months.. Also called to Axis bank customer care loan section, I asked why the tenure period extend for 3 months, they dont no any reasonable explanation. Also visited to my nearest branch in personal loan officer, they told you should visit for peraonal loan center. No other help from that person.

I have a savings account with Axis bank, I dont have issue in that.. but the homeloan dept in this branch are cheaters, a guy called sadhanantha Prabhu.. collected cheque from me for home loan processing and deposited it without applying for loan..when contacted the branch I came to know the the guy had cheated many of the customers. Dont apply for any loans in this branch they except commission too.

Due to COVID-19 situation they are operating till 2pm instead of 4.30pm. Plan accordingly.
