Extremely pleased with our stay. We went on business at the US embassy. It is walking distances there. And William sir and Muhammed are two of the best hosts we have ever seen across countries. They were patient and very cooperative. The room was as described. Would have loved to have one king sized bed rather than two twin beds though. And would love to have their restaurant open back on site, closed now for the pandemic.

Very good place to attend VISA interview. It is almost at the center and less than 10 minutes walk to biometric center and consulate. The staffs are very friendly and rooms are of good quality. Satisfied with the service too.

Please make sure you book the rooms in advance by payment. When I enquired about a certain discounted rate I saw online, I was told over the phone that I dont need to book and that I will be offered discount rate on arrival at the hotel. When I reached hotel they informed me that this discount rate is not available. Not trustworthy.

The staff were friendly and its really at a walkable distance to both USA biometric centre and USA Embassy. I went there during my USA Visa interview and it was a really convenient location for me since both the locations were nearby and even price is resonable.

Staff is customer friendly and they accommodate early check-in instead of noon check-in that helps very much with Visa appointments. Rooms are decent for its value.

Good location and access. Its a good stay for transit stays. The rooms were smaller than anticipated for the amount paid. The people were courteous to accomodate requests. Parking is street parking only and if there are three cars already, then it will be difficult to find a spot nearby vicinity.For people looking for a closet accomodation to us consulate, this is a very good spot as we just walked down in 5 mins to the consulate.

Room (they call it suite) was not not clean. AC, fridge, TV were not working. Shower and jet were not working. They call it service apt and not ready to even get tea. No second time.

The place is close by to US consulate. They were very helpful .

A good place to stay in the heart of the city and low rates per night. Air-conditioned rooms , neat bathrooms(Toiletries provided) . Breakfast is available to the guests. Lunch and dinner needs to be ordered before due to the preparation time required for it. Staff available for cleaning the rooms. Hot water facility . Wifi , TV also available . A comfortable stay which is close to most of the important landmarks in the city.

When I had to travel to Chennai from Hyderabad, I was looking for accommodation with reasonable price, good ambience, in proximity to my work place and family friendly, I have come across this place and booked it for a day, could not have asked for anything better all my requirements were fulfilled and I was very satisfied with my decision.Pros:1. Good Ambience2. Neat rooms and clean bathroom.Cons:1. Not so spacious, but should not be a concern unless you are to stay in your room for longer periods.

Good luxury hotel ....

Hotel mentions its 3 star, but there are no 3 star like amenities, facilities or basic parking facility, they dont provide water bottles, you have to pay and buy, breakfast has limited options no where close to match a 3 star property or the rates they charge. They order breakfast from another hotel so mostly food is not hot, expect warm if you go early for breakfast, Checkout is strictly at 11am no exception, staff stick to rules and regulations, they are just okayish,The only advantage is its walking distance to the US consular office and VAC.Besides there is professional courier distribution center beside the hotel, which keeps the area busy and nights noisy due to constant vehicle and personnel movement and talks. Be ready to park your vehicles on road sides.Overall I would rate average, I have travelled extensively and have seen many properties.

Trust me.. This is the worst ever place I had been to in my life.. We complained of the AC not working after waiting for 3 hours and eventually we were asked to checkout of the room with the family at 10pm in the night... High level adosity they have.. Its not worth a single star.. Nothing works well.. Rooms are also not up to the mark.. Extremely unhappy with the behaviour of the staffs there.. Please dont ever go to this place!

Positive: Its a location very close to consulate. So biometric and stamping was in walkable distance.. Negative: There is nothing much to like other than the distance from the consulate. The room was pretty small, lot of mosquitos were there. Did not even provide a free bottle of water to drink. I have asked if I could carry complimentary bf to room for my two-year-old, they said no..

Decent place for a decent price.

Very good place for a family stay. Located in a central place in Chennai. Main advantage being at a walking distance for US Consulate and US Biometric Centre. Very reasonably priced. The staffs are very courteous and even arranged taxi for going to Madras Central.

Rooms tariff was okay. And complimentary breakfast was simple and homely. They allow swiggy and Zomato persons to deliver food to rooms which is a huge plus. And location is excellent for sight seers. Receptionist people were warm and welcoming. Room sizes were small especially the family suite. Think twice before booking an extra bed as there would be no walking place literally. Also rest rooms were not much clean.

A very good, clean place to stay in chennai. Affordable rates, clean bathrooms and good breakfast. Best part is, its close to US embassy, railway station, shopping places, also the airport.. The front office and house keeping are all very cordial. Recommended to all.

The stay is perfect for a family and their service is also good. Cleanliness is not a issue here as they maintain it very well. It is also situated at a very easy place to commute to.

I stayed there last week for my US Visa interview. The hotel is located right in the middle of US consulate and Biometrics centre, at a walkable distance form both. Rooms were neat, and they maintain the premises well. A/C and water heater were in good condition. Staffs were quite courteous and friendly. He helped me arrange transportation as well to the consulate(I didnt prefer walking since its too hot and humid in Chennai). They serve breakfast complementary, and the food was decent. There is NO restaurant here, but you can easily manage with Swiggy. I will definitely recommend this to family and solo travellers.

No restaurant for lunch or Dinner , only breakfast available, may be the only place in Chennai where u don’t get Sambar with Iddly, they don’t replenish items also, when confronted the manager he said ‘its complimentary’ meaning u eat what u get.. very unfortunate.No TV channels at all, of course if u r a Tamilian n happy with few free channels then fine.They don’t give even one bottle of Mineral water free, u have to buy.Rooms are clean n staff are good.

Decent hotel stay near to US consulate and Bio metric center. Its situated on the back side of main Kodambakkam road. Room was ok and is quite enough for a small family. On the third floor , rooms may require a defrost, as i can feel a fungus or bit wetty smell inside the room. Could be from A/C or the previous person would have smoked inside the room. No hotels or coffee shops near by. If you walk for 100 to 200 mtrs towards main road, you have plenty of choices to choose to eat. They offer a veg breakfast with two varieties of item with Vada and coffee which is good enough. Overall the stay was good other than bit wetty smell inside the room.

Bathroom was not clean, and bed spreads were not clean, but after informing, it was sorted and the issue was addressed,it was a little inconvenient,service staff was obliging and helpful

Rooms were comfortable to stay and brkfst was also not bad. But there was no room service. They didnt even clear the trash for 2 days.

There is no allotted parking and breakfast that they serve is ok and limited option. They dont even provide assistance for parking the vehicle. Rooms are a bit small in space.

The stay was good and the service was hassle free. We booked for 2 days as it had strict 12PM checkout. Very approachable to us embassy, a 5 minute walk away.

Small rooms, same tasteless breakfast everyday, No DTH, I had asked for it to watch IPL finals, the manager told me only free channels, if you want to watch any particular channel you will have to pay for it. The only good thing about this place is it is very near to the US consulate

The hotel offers clean rooms,free WiFi and clean washrooms but take time in getting the room ready. The beds are comfortable and rooms nicely air conditioned.The housekeeping department is also helpful and well mannered.

Excellent service and the place is neatly maintained also those who come for visa interview this is the most convenient place to stay because it is walkable distance for both VAC centre and US consulate.

Booked this for my parents and they had their WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Room was not ready even after 2 hours of check in time and my parents were made to wait in the reception. Breakfast was worse. It is better not to offer such breakfast than giving it in such a poor way. NOT AT ALL WORTH FOR THE MONEY.

A good place for a service apartment. However, the service could have been better. The complementary breakfast provided was good.

Watch out for bedbugs. Even when we informed management they hardly did anything. If you book a room here then you are up for whole night struggle.

One of the best Hotel in the heart of the Chennai city just for 2000 per night.It is near the Gemini Bridge. All important amenities and services are in walkable distance.Just Less than a km is US consulate and The semmozhi poonga. Gemini Parson Complex is also quite near.Wonderful restaurants like Sangeetha, Palmgrove and Asia Mainland China are just in walkable distances. In the Hotel Lift services are there. We were given an inter connected adjacent room.R O water just outside the room near the lift,A reasonable Rs 150 costing Buffet Breakfast.Seasons 4 Residences keep it up. Really wonderful property for the budget price. The staff are very good and fullfill our requests. Ola services are also arranged by the Managers.

Stayed there for 20 days and following are my reviews:-Pros-Situated in Nunganpakam area close to the railway stationCons-No room service. You will have to order food either through Swiggy or a restaurant whos menu card is placed in the room.Breakfast which is complimentary starts at 0745 which is weird as against an early time.Breakfast menu is repeated with the same menu of idly, dosa and vada and if you are from North India you will hate itCoffee/Tea served with the complimentary breakfast and even for room service is from the dispenser machine when there is a kitchen in place.Room is cleaned only if you ask them toHotel staff are all from North East and if you cant speak Hindi well then its going to be difficult to communicate.Overall a hotel with cozy room and near Nunganpakam with unhappy service.
