Not a customer oriented.Unless until you are not having any complaint on product, these guys are very good .Purchased a brass product , developed crack within 7 days, no proper response.First they told not purchased here, bases on bar code they accepted, later told not washed properly.Product cost less than 400 only but the way responds shows the attitude towards complaints...

I used to buy a lot of items from giri traders alwarthirunagar . I bought a shiva linga stand with pot during mahashivaratri time . Water in the pot is getting leaked more than usal on Shivalinga . So, I have requested to change the pot and its not satisfying product needs. There is a new old middle aged women appointed to manage a customer service.... she is very worst behaviour pattern . Shedoes not have basic ethics how to handle a customer in a polite way . She said None of the customers complained about the product and you are the only person complained and disagreed to accept the damage product . Why this lady is comparing with other customers experience ?. others customers may not be recieved the damage product .Even , after showing the photo of damage product and video of pot ... . This lady keeps on giving same justification.....if they are not able to exchangethe damage product and not able to manage the query.... What is the point to be in the customers service ?.... This lady will show more interest on buying and force us to buy a product .... I never faced this kind of worst customer service in the Mylapore branch.....because of the poor law of consumer complaint ....These kind of shops are doing all the unethical behaviour to sell out there damaged product....
