I have asked to make duplicate of my bag strap shown in picture. He has taken 300 rs for this in advance and kept my original bag strap. I visited shop six times in 7 months. But he did not completed work. Finally one day in frustration I told him that return my orignal bag strap. So I lost 300 rs and cost incurred in 7 visits and got only frustration. There is no option to negative rating otherwise I have given negative 5 star

Pickup and delivery service of repair items will fetch more business.IVRS to be improved. After pressing desired number for shop, there is a very long gap

Shoddy Work.Gave a pair of trekking shoes as the sole at the rear was coming off. In the process of repairing they broke the sole half way while trying to remove it from the upper portion. Glue marks all around the shoes.And the owner justifies saying that it has been stuck well and nothing will happen.

Very costly for repairs, but after the job is done, the finish is good

Visited kottivakkam branch to change the zip of my torn bag. Just a one zip and he demanded for 450 rs. Too costly. You could buy a new bag for the same price.

Charges are too expensive.. they wanted to charge Rs 300, to change the zipper in my sons lunch bag; while the bag itself costs only Rs 450!Got the zipper changed at another place for Rs 80

Worst experience and over priced. The lady in the desk is not at all fit for handling customer and she talks like no other shop in this world to fix your luggage. The way she handle customer is pathetic. I checked with some other in saidapet fixed my luggages in half the price she qouted and half the days she mentioned. More over they wanted to pay the full amount at the beginning itself. Not sure about other pronto stores. But surely, avoid this store.

After even calling for directions the sales person was as helpful as chewing gum on the sole of anyones shoes, no board on the shop as in the picture and it seems to always be closed yet the person on the other end of the phone says the shop is open. Went to the besant Nagar branch and the gentleman there did a fantastic job of fixing my boots, skeletoes that I had no hope for in India.

They charged me in advance saying bill will be shared via SMS and no manual bill book. Nothing came by SMS and when I asked for a receipt two days later the lady at counter casually shrugged her shoulder saying your telco network problem. Feel this is a fraud operation. Collect cash from client and don’t account it.

I have given the briefcase for repairing handle,damaged handle at ECR pronto.they did shabby work like the roadside vendors and very costly too.Cost of handle is 750. Where as the bag itself is just 1500

I have repaired my shoes here(Nov 30 2019). But the pasting came out in a week. The time, effort, petrol and money - all was a waste. It is not just the money 600₹ what you have paid but a sum of - the time, effort and petrol was wasted here.
