I sent my sarees for starching, which has always cost me 90 per saree plus taxes. I was shocked to find I was charged 220 per saree. When I bring this to the notice of the at the Gandhi Nagar branch, she argues that.when we ask for starching, it means dry cleaning too. We should otherwise mention roller pressing. This is her argument to prove she is right. But the bill clearly states, COTTON SAREE STARCH MEDIUM. No where does it say DRY CLEANING. I have been told by the womab in charge, I either pay the amount of 1298 n collect my clothes. Or I do not get my sarees. If you do not own up for the mistake,.you will certainly loose a regular old customer like me and it will not stop me from advertising your deplorable service.

Sharing this review about Laundrex Adambakkam Chennai. Gave a Blazer there for dry cleaning. They got it and then closed the shop for another week and then the pathetic lady on the counter misbehaved with my wife for not having change of 4 Rs and tried chasing her out. Above that all the rates are terribly high. Pathetic service and behaviour.

Easily my worst experience with a laundry. Lost my clothes without so much as an apology. Please dont waste money using this place.

My blazer was not ready 3 days ago and there was no call to communicate that delivery could not be made.... Unacceptable

I have been giving my clothes for dry cleaning regularly at LAUNDREX, In the last two months the service was very very bad. Four shirts have been damaged continuously & when i enquired about that they took my shirts and have not given it back. Its been more than a month they have not returned the shirts ( Ms. Sathya & Mr. Senthil ) from laundrex were not giving any information about the shirts.i would strongly not recommend LAUNDREX to anyone.

Worst service, communication its too bad, and no pickup and delivery service also, that girl Tamil selvi in thoraipakkam branch, she not picking calca too, very very worst service, people dont waste ur money

Laundrexx Anna Nagar Branch. Gave 4 new sarees for roller press.The staff Subha checked each and every saree in front of me . It was notified to me abu small inherent spots on two sarees. But the rest of the saree was clean n neat.The sarees came from roller press in shabby condition.Two sarees were ruined with big huge blotches of yellow stains. One saree was given heavy starch when the instructions were mild.The staff are in full agreement that things have gone wrong at the factory and thy will get it rectified.Went to collect the rectified sarees and saw it was not even sent for rectification and thy tried to pass on the same to me trying to shrug off their responsibility.Customer service who lied and was rude. Her name is Manju and when inquired she said sharanya.I demanded to see the Owner . To that thy tired to say he never comes to office or rarely comes. So the staff is not only trying to take the customers, but also the owner for a ride. Obviously the owner also is irresponsible business man to leave the business in hands of his staff without keeping a check on them.When i made a noise only then thy called and treid best that I dont visit their owner for discussion n will try to rectify or reimburse.The sarees have not been rectified nor hv thy called to reimburse the amount.Very sad and pathetic . A huge biz like this built on taking customers for a ride and ruining our clothes without taling responsibility.I have all the evidence of the discussions n shall get in touch with the owner. Hoping that he has some sense and responsibility.If ur clothes are coming fine then its by sheer luck. But if something goes wrong thy try best to shrug off and blame our clothes. Absolutley disgusting attitude and cheap

Worst laundry in the city. Harshly speaking with the customers. Damaged the costlier clothes given to them. when we asked they are not in the listening mode.Even from the head office and the factory manager they want to neglect us . Advise to all of them to not to use this laundrex across the citiies.

The girl in the store is very rude... should teach her how behave with the clients
