Purchased a Refridgerator for ₹36,000 from DARLING ELECTRONICS (AMBATTUR) and came to know its actual price is ₹31,000 on the same day. The product delivered is a used product with scratches all over. Really Disappointed with the Purchase. Worst experience ever from Darling Electronics. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. But the explanation and clarification about the product was good. The cost is just a gimmick, if anything is purchased, its pure loss!!!!!The product delivered is in the attached pic. Freshly out of box for us, but fooled with a Refurbished product.

Prices are too high then market and online purchases.. they claim its best offer but if surveyed properly, e will understand they are min 2-5k more than outside market.We purchased a panasonic xu series AC for which they say it is best offer, when we enquired other outlets no much difference,, infact we were in 2k loss.. second thing, we received old off shelf product not the latest manufactured one which was promised.. Now we gotto wait for a week for the product we booked that to not assured 100% we get, lets see if not available we will go for refund, completely disappointed..

Yestr,I informed & raised ticket to blue star to install.While selling Rs. 1000 installation u told, but blue star saying 1500. Dont give false information. Im dissatisfied with darling showroom.

Buying was the easy part Had to wait over 24 hours and still the refrigerator I paid for is still not delivered. Called multiple times and each time I have been assured it is on it’s way. At least you can tell us when it will be delivered at least to the nearest hour or so. The installation engineer called repeatedly to find out if the item was delivered but alas no news from the showroom except it is on it’s way. Is it really so difficult it get transport in Pondicherry? Very poor service indeed. Better to buy stuff online. My mistake to go to the store.
