Near by Tacco bell restaurant.

Very worst i bought many things,but not satisfied,especially toys beautiful melody piano it doesnt work,on off button too not working.we cannot open & check,450rs totally waste.

A moderately priced shop where you can buy a variety of household needs. Though the name gives an impression that everything is priced at Rs99, that is not the case.

Vistited twice in VR mall totaly frustrated with service by billing counter workers, card machines were working and there is no change in the cash counters and the behaviours of the workers also not good. They should be trained in a proper way.Will not go again.... total mall itself waste.

I was at the 99 Store yesterday with my 65 year old mother. The manager was beyond rude to her. She had been under the impression that all items in the store were under Rs 99 (something I hadnt told her about). Instead of showing any patience during checkout, the manager actually raised his voice! I rushed to the checkout counter and asked him to show some respect to an elderly woman and he raised his voice further and refused to let me take his picture and he yelled at my mother to get out of the store. I am fine with employees being rude to me but they need to show some patience and respect to the elderly (it takes a beat for them to get caught on something new). My mother spent the entire ride home crying. I would not recommend this store to anyone and I think the manager owes my mother an apology. And I am not putting up his picture here because unlike him, I still have empathy for someone else and am showing him kindness that he most certainly DOES NOT deserve.

Lots of items for home and gifts.

Store has a welcoming feel and most products tempt you to pick them.. Both price-wise and quality-wise.. But very limited range of products.. Staff however could be better trained to handle customers..

The shop is too small but it has got a variety of items in limited stock.... The items are attractive both in price and quality wise (above average). But when u ask for same product they usually don’t have.... The staffs are not that friendly and also you can’t communicate with them bcs they are not attentive towards the customer..... The great drawback about this shop is the service, dats the staff are rude and not polite.....We bought a small teddy for our little one but it has got some dirty we ask for other one the first answer came out it we don’t have if u want buy this.... we came to billing counter they had three but only one was working but other two were open and each has got two staffs but they didn’t put the bill... when we ask they say simply go to other counter and we have to wait and billl..... The customer service is pathetic..... zero star for customer service. The product wise good.....

I was there yesterday and a staff member named Nadhiya told me that if I purchased a cup and saucer set valued at Rs 799 that I would receive 2 coffee mugs free. However, when I went to bill the product the cashier said that I had to pay for the 2 mugs. When asked to clarify again he returned with the same answer. I went back to Nadhiya and she told me that she misinformed me and that the offer was not valid that day. I went ahead with my purchase of the tea set anyway. Later that day I found that I was sold a damaged set and I went back to exchange it. Nadhiya assisted me again and told me that she had spoken to her manager about honoring the offer for me as it was her fault and that he had approved it. However yet AGAIN, Rahul the manager said that he could not honor it. I was infuriated at how uncoordinated this store is and the lack of proper communication between the manager and staff members. This incident shows that Rahul as manager is very incompetent and needs to be demoted until he is fully trained and equipped to handle the responsibilities of a manager. As someone who works in the retail industry in Australia, I was appalled the see the unprofessional behavior of the staff members. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone I know, until the staff members are shuffled.

They ask for 10 rupees for Paper bag even after the court judgement says that Bags should not be charged and should be given free to customer. They were not giving the Paper bag for free even after billing for 800 rupees.
