I had availed services from Sirina for my 81 year-old grandmother 3 years ago. Since I was satisfied with them, I decided to reach out for nursing services for my 88 year-old grandfather. They were prompt to respond and ensured that a nurse was assigned to us right away. Inspite of us making phone calls at odd hours in the night seeking emergency help, the team at Sirina was polite and respectful. I had also requested for a reclining hospital bed (hired it) for home use and that was instantly arranged and set up at home by their team. They offer a wide range of services and are economical, reliable and have well trained staff. Im happy with their services, nevertheless, itd be great if they could have a bigger team of experienced nurses who are not too young and new to the nursing arena.I would definitely recommend them for their services. My wife underwent Knee Transplantation for both legs at a time in August 2021 second week beginning. After getting discharged Sirina was kind enough to depute a physio therapist, Mr. Kabeer, for two sessions everyday.At the time of discharge my wife was totally bedridden and could not lift the legs. With the able help and guidance of physio therapist, she is able to walk without Walker for a few minutes.He is now giving training to my wife to climb up and down stair case on her own.However, my wife continues to have knee pain.We are satisfied with the progress and hope Sirina will continue to extend support of the physio therapist.regardsA. Very happy with the health care services provided. I received daily feedback on the patients health, during the duration of admission. Ms. Benita, the nurse who was in charge, was very polite in every message she gave. I also gathered from the patient that the treatment at the facility was superb. The place was maintained properly, all necessary amenities were provided, there was even a nutritionist who kept tabs on what the patient ate and what the patient liked etc. On the whole, I am very happy to have entrusted the patient with this facility who provided the much needed care and support during this tough time when oxygen supported beds were not available easily. My father was taken care excellently by srina home health care, the personal employed are very caring and professional in their approach. I had spoken to other inmates where my dad was and all of them appeared peaceful and well attended. In the unfortunate event when you cannot look after your parents this is a best option.

Sirina Home Care was the suitable care for my father at that time. I was able to communicate freely with the nurses and the facilities coordinator. I was also able to send easily food articles for my father. The nursing staff also took good personal care of my father. One suggestion I would like to make is, Sirina should have a special tie up with medical labs, so that lab tests can be ordered at any time, and the results as quickly as possible.

Treatment is very good, my sister was admitted for covid in critical condition. She was given ICU class treatment. She recovered fully with the treatment. The staffs are very polite and supportive and very good caring a d hospitality.Thank you very much

I was admitted in Sirina health care on 19th May evening in a very bad and critical position with 93% of my lungs damaged., severely affected of covid. Actually no one had hope , my family was informed by Doctor that anything can happen to me at anytime. But , what to say..it is a medical miracle.. Doctors treatment, nurses care and concern , their love all saved me. ICU treatment was given to me. For 3 to 4 days nurses are taking care day and night . In the 4th day I started walking with nurse help and with their support and motivation I started recovering. Slowly day by day I am able to see my progress and now I am totally recovered. Such a wonderful Health Care is Sirina Home Care center. I strongly recommend Sirina for everyone to get their treatment done here. It is more than a hospital, you can feel like being at home , such an wonderful atmosphere too. Food too is very healthy and good. Everything is received in correct time . Priyanka, Manager, CIT Colony Patient Care Unit.I took Ms V Ranganayaki, aged 85 years, in a state of her vital parameters stepping down due to her age and reached CIT Colony Patient Care Unit at 13.30 Hrs on 28-Apr-2021. The front gate was closed and the building’s main door too closed. I was attempting to make a telephone call. At a lightning speed Ms. Priyanka flanked by her assistants appeared near the ambulance, took out the stretcher from the ambulance and smoothly wheeled to upstairs, while I was noticing that the dyeing person smiling with confidence that she was held by an appropriate patient care person. I have not even exchanged a word with Ms. Priyanka.After 15 minutes, putting the senior citizen on an even keel after a journey of 1 hour, Ms. Priyanka told me that the senior citizen is stable and I can go to Luz Church Road Office, meet with Ms Supriya to complete the formalities.I have no words to appreciate the dedication and care exhibited by Ms Priyanka on arrival of the senior citizen at the gate of Sirina Home Health Care at CIT Colony Unit.My high flying salute to Ms. Priyanka and Ms. Supriya.

The care has been the worst one can imagine. My father, a two time stroke patient, was admitted in Kauvery hospital due to Covid. He is invalid and has limited speech ability because of the strokes.Sirina agency had sent attenders on short notice to attend to him. But the quality of these attenders was appalling. They delayed his food, kept him on the bed the whole day (without making him sit...he was made to sit up no more than 45 mins in 24 hrs!!), ignored his pleas (they could not understand what he was saying but they made no effort to call the family/ his personal nurse to help them interpret what he was saying). They kept feeding him spicy food not noticing that it worsened his cough to the point that he completely lost his voice! There was no empathy at all!! Especially attenders like sneha, divya, sowmya displayed complete disinterest...they were there only for the money!!Pls do not take a chance with this agency...your loved ones definitely deserve better.

They take very good care of elderly people and treat them like their own parents. Rooms are also quite good and staff is always available for service. Atmosphere in the campus is tranquil with lots of trees and ample space to walk around.

Very satisfying service by the staff at Sirina, extremely noble role they play in every patients life. I have been using the service for more than 2 months now and recovering from hip replacement. I had to handle it all by myself for which the Sirina Health Care team was more than a family and helped me in all aspects. They also delivered all my pharmacy requirement home. My aunt loved the aide the nursing team from Sirina Home Health Care services they sent and all the doctors who came home to look after her. They were so reliable and dedicated. They were always willing to work with us, especially when our needs changed. They did small things to make my aunt feel more comfortable like putting lotion when her skin was dry, and repositioning her so she didn’t get sores. We were very happy with the service.

Very worst management I have seen so for. no proper nursing care no proper qualified staffs .most of the staffs will be care take girls and they only posted for the critical care patients.

The nursing day care staff of Sirina Home Health Care Services have been caring for my mother for quite a while now and knowing that she is in such capable hands has given me the peace of mind I need when I cannot be there. Although my mother lives only a couple of streets away, I am unable to be there all the time and having someone to share daily care especially in such a loving and efficient manner really helps.
