I have visited the store more than 4 times and every time the service and the care provided by the people there is unchanging. They are very polite and very patient that even people who just come to look at products would want to buy something. Great work!!

Worst kind of customer service. There were very few customers inside the store. However they still asked me and my friend to wait outside even when customers had come out of the store. Staff are lazy and are least bothered about customer service. I wanted to order glasses and contact lenses. Im not going to visit this store anymore. And would also advise others to not visit.

Had such a seamless experience shopping at Lenskart, special thanks to Varadharaj and Bharathidhasan. Super vigilant to ensure every single frame is sanitized before before placing them back on the shelf. Extreamy polite and friendly. So effecient that they did not seem to be understaffed due to the COVID situation. Extreamly helpful by going out of their way to assist over phone call too, to track the order and place another order. Varadharaj and Bharathidhasan ensured i had the best shopping exerience i have ever had while buying my specs. My only regret is that i have bought enough to not visit for a long while, no one can walk out with just one!

Lenskart @ Ashok Nagar had an extensive selection of quality frames to choose from and offers aplenty. This certainly was a big reason as to why I enjoyed my shopping experience, but the biggest reason was the kind and patient staff. Bharathidhasan and Varadharaj were extremely helpful right from the get go. They are a real asset to the company and have set a high standard to meet having assisted me through every stage of the spectacle selection process while providing me with a comprehensive amount of relevant information. Youre in the best hands should you walk into this shop and ask for either staff member.

Pathetic place with lathergic staff who had to be persuaded to get me a fresh piece of sunglasses from their stock which was literally under the sunglass rack, the technician there then said all glasses have scratches and its normal at the store for selling sunglass with scratches.Wonder how many people have been sold sunglasses with scratches.Pathetic is the most parliamentary word i can use to call this place

Worst customer satisfaction....sales person shows the worst attitude. Really got frustrated on his behaviour. Its been a bad day. Please change the sales person for the benefit of lens kart. He tried to show my frame that its flexible which i got in lenskart a year ago but it got bended, later he told that the damage is already in frame, he cant do anything and said need to change the frame.
