Tamil Nadu Open University was started by Tamil Nadu Government and offering academic as well as vocational courses too. Excellent study materials and different courses to persue. Located in the heart of Chennai at Saidapet. It has easy access to bus stand, railway station especially metro is very much best by. Under the excellent leadership of its vice chancellor Dr K Parthasarathi sir all the departments are doing very well. My experience with this university is excellent.

The building is really good , unfortunately few of the lecturers are not responsive like their website and theyre not giving the proper response and asking us to connect with different people , the only good thing is admission cell.

Good response by the Help desk available in the reception. Good environment clean and hygienic restrooms. All are very supportive. Timing is from 6Am to 5pm. Lunch time 1Pm to 2 pm. for better response need to walk in direct to TNOU head office

Wrost experience I m facing nobody speak responsibility especially SSS Division . Not attending phone Calls, SSS means sudents support service but nobody know the meaning of this ,

My experience with this University was really good. If one cannot resolve over phone, you can approach the authorities and get things done. I completed a PG Diploma an now enrolled for a masters course.

Worst university, I wish i can give them zero star instead of one star. It has been more than a year , I have completed my degree but didnt get my degree and mark sheets . And Never got a satisfactory response from them. They are just making fool to their students.

Worst behavior of management & there phone is always busy most of time and if they pick your call they wont respond properly to your queries. They always say come directly at call, even for small queries. I think the management people arent well educated in mannerism because they dont know how to behave with others.
