Good place for a short stay. Single room was adequately sized, but as with all single rooms, bathroom is quite small. Ac, refrigerator and tv were working. Fresh towels, toiletries and dental kit are provided. You can get tea/coffee and water bottle, but there in no in house room service. They have a tie up with a restaurant and you can place order from the menu provided in room, but you have to pay for the food with cash during delivery. Breakfast is provided in house and is ok.Mini refrigerator, quiet and calm place, ample parking if you are travelling in a car and friendly and courteous staff.

I liked this place. Honestly, this place is far more comfortable than all the other places. Location is good, metro connectivity is there. Breakfast is very homely and management here makes sure that you feel at home when youre staying here. Bellboys and service crew is very professional and very low key. This was the best part. Moreover, they did their best in making me feel right at home. This is very near airport guys, one of the places in Chennai which welcomes you warmly. Will stay here again when I will be back.

Very creepy neighborhood. Dirty and polluted. Blood stained bed sheets. Very poor breakfast...no eggs and served very late, from 8 oclock only. Asked them for a wake up call at 6h30 in the morning...never came....went down at 6h45 and the guy at the front desk told me that: I just came....at work I suppose. Place is overpriced, you can something better for twice less than what I paid

Stayed 6 nights. It is good at the price. Had small issues with AC but the staff sorted them out by changing the room.Hotel is located in saidapet.. which allows me travel to the work place easily.

It is definitely a value for money hotel. I got the room for about Rs. 1700 per night. It is little inside from the main road, and approach road is not so clean. However the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Service staff is polite and ready to help. Breakfast options are very less and nothing great about what was served.

Everything is good except hotel managements attitude towards smoking. During my past more than about 44 years travelling experience all over India, I had never come across restriction of smoking even inside the room. Really embarrassing.

I am currently staying in one of the Acacia rooms at this hotel. The single bed room is comfortable and spacious. I specially like that the room has ample natural light thanks to the window, a feature that is becoming rare in modern budget accommodation, with just anyone listing their rooms on some other hotel websites. The good quality unlimited breakfast is the perfect thing for a great start to the day. I am having a great time at Treebo Mount Kailash.

Earlier Google map showing wrong Location of the hotel which I later corrected which means hotel management even not bothering for it.3. Very small bathroom4. Toiletries are okay5. Service desk will keep calling you to check out6. Complementary Breakfast was below standard which even ended before people could complete.7. Bedsheets are not 100% dot clear.8. No in-house restaurant to order lunch or dinner.9. Cleanliness is good though.An average hotel with basis amenities

Would rate the facility as excellent (5 Stars). Complimentary breakfast is superb. Lunch & Dinner are provided from some external restaurants.However please avoid the menu cards of all the restaurants which you will find at the dining area. Horrible food quality and severely high price. For non vegetarian meals (Approximately Rs. 180/- per person), we were provided with GRAVY of chicken, mutton & fish. Furthermore, when we asked about the same, the suppliers (staff of the restaurant) PROUDLY announced that this is how they give it! Therefore please avoid the menu and have food from other restaurants which you can find on the road parallel to the road where this building is situated (go to the main road, take a left from the signal junction). But if it is only for accommodation, the place is good.

The AC was not working properly when we checked in late at night. The staffs somehow fixed it for the night. Next morning they changed our room. Helpful and courteous staffs.

The staff of the hotel are helpful even if you are not a Tamil speaker. The rooms are well equipped and well maintained. Morning breakfast is free and it tastes good. It will be a good option for those who stays for 1 or 2 nights.

A good hotel for an overnight stay. The service is really prompt, and very polite. Comfortable beds and lovely breakfast available. Would recommend for an overnight stay only, the reason being, you will sleep in the beds, rather than sleep.

The Hotel is situated in Saidapet area. The locality is a let down and its situated near a mosque so there is lot of noise pollution. Rooms were clean but bed sheet had blood stains. Bathroom dont have proper vents and had water problems. Its like an apartments converted to hotel. So the partition is merely wooden. You can clearly gear whats happening in the other room. Breakfast was very nice. Room service was average.

Terrible STAY. Mosquitoes and AC never worked. We had no sleep at all.On of the worst stays i stayed till date. full off mosquitoes and AC Didnt work properly at all. food also not that good. ok types. Treebo is good one but this stay is not at all recommended. Please dont go for it. They are our marital and they will say unmarried will be not allowed. Since it was my cousins who was with us told we shall show the proof.

Rooms very good. Location OK. Breakfast good. Staff courteous.One issue which I faced is they gave us two separate beds in both the rooms. When requested they changed the one to double bed and one to two separate beds. It as difficult for us a we have a 20 months onl baby and it gets difficult us to sleep..Resr all was very good in the money spend.

Good and very economic place to stay esp for airport transit. Location is good but locality was disappointing. However once you enter the room, its very comfortable. 20 mins to airport with traffic. The toiletries are Treebo branded but it VLCC. The overall sense we get is of a smart, ambitious brand. Loved it. Will be using this place again.

Certain clothes were not only washed and not pressed.Breakfast area has less seating capacity. Tables should be 4 seating capacity. They have 8 seating capacity. Was crowded and didnt had enough space.Food not replenished as and when its over. Idly, chutney were not replenished.No options or choices in breakfast. Milk, corn flakes, omelette, dosa should be addedThey have to maintain a area to keep the used plates. Guests have to walk and handover the used plates to kitchen staffs. What non sense.The flooring plan, room numbers, are so confusing and weird.Hotel staffs are so friendly and courteous.

Earlier this was service apparment they made it Treebo hotel n area is not good slum area no time to time buses to travel surrounding area is full of slum and no good restaurants, staff stays beside the rooms and makes loud noise makes lot of disturbances and location of the hotel is also confusing. mosquitoes and too bad smell in rooms..and need to tel to clean the rooms.
