They have good parking facilities.But the major impact is that they could have constructed an overbridge outside the DLF it park for road cross so that the traffic can be somewhat tackled during peak hours.They have a good and well maintained park and basketball court.The food in food court is little bit costly.

All the top companies are available in this IT park. Infrastructure is excellent and park is very well built. Located at the heart of the chennai city. And it has very good transportation.

I have not words for any comments. Such a beautiful and it has IT sector area. I want to also job in DLF building as Software Developer.

IT park, that looks like all the other DLF parks that one may have seen. This is regularly maintained and kept clean.You have around 13 blocks of building. Each block has close to 10 floors. Major IT companies have their branches in this park. You have a common food court at the 5 block. You have 3 levels of basement for parking. They do have a food court available in one of the building and many hotels and shops inside it. Lot of food options available outside as well.LTI, IBM, NTT DATA, Virtusa, Mphasis, Cognizant, TCS, etc companys office are here in all ten buildings or blocks. Great infrastructure, neat and clean, greener and very secure. Security and maintenance are in under DLF.

Good place to work, entry is congested by 9 to 10:30 am and evening 6 to 8.Amenity and safety wise is a good place.

Good maintenance but I wish they will complete the construction. Something or another keeps getting built there since its very beginning

DLF has the worst security procedures to go inside. I remember going there twice for interview purposes. One was in 2016 another is in 2019. In 2016, my interview got delayed and I literally cancelled my interview and went home. Still in 2019, procedures are worst and I had to literally wait at road side for half an hour.One star also is not worth it.I have pretty much lost respect for this place as they think they require tight security. Too much entitlement.

Very less trees inside its too hot ,clean and good environment, parking also charging. Too much of formalities to enter inside.

A very vast place with many MNC but dont expect network inside that place. If youre visitors or going for an interview, have to collect gate pass behind the entrance. Only those who are working inside vehicles are allowed.

Best places to work and commuting is also easier. Shuttles are available to connect Guindy metro station. share autos and MTC buses are frequently available which connects near by junctions like Porur and Guindy.

This DLF IT Park changed the Property Economics of South and West Chennai, DLF Manapakkam is very famous all over India, many IT Techies would have worked here during their initial career take off phase, This DLF IT park does not have proper two wheeler and 4 wheeler entry and exit practice, this created, head breaking Traffic Hurdles on the super busy Mount Poonamallee High Road, DLF Manapakkam is the main reason for Rental value surge in Porur, Ramapuram, Mugalivakkam and Manapakkam Neighborhoods.

Currently I am working in Mphasis company in dlf very tight security and very good rules.... unknown people cannot enter in dlf without permission and while crossing the roads inside the dlf security takes more care by stopping the vehicles and employees to go early very good environment liked it ....:-)

Biggest IT park on the main area. Reachable from Guindy and shuttle services are available from guindy metro station. Most of the big companies are existing there.

Every thing is good enough,apart from the security at the main gate they are official thugs like serious,the other day i didnt wear a helmet for health reasons(had a small injury),but i still had one with me.OMG...a guy seems to be head of security or something just stoped me and didnt allow me to proceed,even though i was giving a genuine reason.He did not give damn to it...and did not leave me until i wear it... This is too much,we get into the park to work..not to argue with a fool like that.To the management of DLF if u come across this review,change ur helmet policy or educate ur staff.

Well bulit and biggest IT corridor in chennai located in the heart of the city. It has good connectivity in terms of transport. All top companies are there. Good environment. Well secrued. Well planned buildings.

Flood has exploited the inner office space. Cockroaches all over the place till 3 floor and smells hell.
