Mixed experience..Good and bad..many people have changed since the start of pandemic..so I am guessing service levels are going deteriorate..They have one lady to take all the flak...Anyways post exit of Ford...we are helpless anyways

Worst customer service, they dont allow you to buy spares part seperately.They insist you to get it done in their workshop itself and then bill heavily even for small workReally bad experience, I drive ikon since 2007 but never had such experience

Service centre is big,has a waiting room with magazines, WiFi, charging cables. Service experience was good actually, they water wash, clean the interiors and do the service excellently. The water wash and interior cleaning is done by 3m car care.The technicians are friendly.I booked an appointment for my first service 1 day before itself. But for booking itself I had to call nearly 10 times.(mostly they dont attend calls) finally after some tries they attended. They told me that I can take my car within 40 minutes. Even after fixing the timings and every thing I actually spent waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes. They must take efforts to improve this. As of the service Im satisfied but not happy with the appointment and phone calls.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!!!READ THIS MESSAGE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM CHENNAI FORD:I purchased my first car - FORD Ecosport from this dealer. I was not aware of many things because its my first car. They tricked me and sold me an older year model. I bought my car on April 2016 and they sold me a 2015 model.Also, they call for service regularly. They will cheat you in the name of service. Better to goto another dealer. And, do your research before buying.

Appointment and follow ups are very bad. I guess they are over loaded better to move on..

Worst experience. Took 2.5 Days for servicing my EcoSport. I had little less smooth gear shifting and intimated them on it. They sealed some oil leakage and said its alright. But now its pathetic, it was hundred times better before the service. Slotting of the gear is so hard and 4th gear slot is misaligned. On top of it, the assigned person said he went for a drive-check before delivery and everything was fine, big liars. Please choose some other ford service station.

Today i went to have a good service for my 10 year old Ford Vehicle.... after a whole day of waiting, i was in for a shocker as they have just made very few minor work!!!!and not even a car wash.....They rang me up and said all done and when i went there by end of the day, i noticed all the unfinished work....really unskillful people IMO. Even i wash it better than them or do service better than them with simple hand tools....I would not recommend for any person to go to Chennai ford at Ambattur...... Not at all a professional place ....All they do is a smile when asked questions about their mistakes.....Poor service

My experience at Ford Service Centre, Ambattur was worst. I have got my car delivered last Saturday 3rd April 2021. After started driving the car, to my shock, found that:1. the headlight socket was not connected2. vehicles extra center mirror lock was broken3. rear number plate light lock was also broken4. rattling sound comes when the car is runningI had my car first delivered on Friday, the interior cleaning was not done properly with other minor problems, but they rectified it the next day.The technician who look after the service was not good at all.I have paid a lot for the service but didnt get the car back as expected.

Last week we left our Ford figo car for a service, they did precheck and told us to change few parts and they gave us an estimation of 12k. Post service they charged around 20k. First disappointment started ther. Very next day we found air cooling was not upto the mark (thats the part they changed) also front bumper was moved a bit. When we approached them first of all they did not promised us to get it done. Also when we visited directly we encountered the wrost service ever. We came from Thiruvanamalai just for this service and now we decided we should never leave our car in ford service center. Local mechanics did awesome job then these people. WORST customer service.I dont want to mention the person names here who attended us. I am giving 2 stars just for the new parts hoping that is really new.

Ford brand cars are very good, but if u buy a car from this chennai ford dealer please dont go for service, world no 1 worst service and customer care, i have worst experience from 2013 to till for my fiesta and ecosport with this peoples

WORST SERVICE EVER. I went to the Ambathur Chennai Ford center with my ford ecosport for some mechanical work, but they didnt take the job and the service manager (Mr. Bala murugan) told me to bring my car to another service center. They never give a good response to their customers.

In the name of service centre they are doing bribery ....if you are leaving your car for one complaint, instead of addressing that they will be bringing in a new complaint which you wouldnt have experienced...eg for me:my fiesta AC was working good before I left at service centre, then the service manager informed me that blower motor of the AC is not working, I told OK

Chennai Ford is aptly located. Easily visible to the traffic since it is on the main road. Entrance, stalling and exit is a bit cramped but the movement of cars is done by the drivers so that should not be a problem to many.Customer service is friendly. The staff is dedicated to continuously working towards their consecutive tasks. Water, code or tea is made available to the customers while they wait. Washroom facility is also available.Their quotation process is also prompt and quality of service is also good. Though this place may be a bit far from the Chennai City center but the service is worth it.This review is coming from an experience that has not faced any problems throughout. So my rating may change if problems are faced in the future.

Very costly... Both spare and service. Their pickup service is twice the actual price. Bottom line, Ford vehicles are costly to maintain.

First time i gave the car to Worst service center, they will give you appointment and keep the car simply for 2 days without doing any work. They took 3 days for general service and some minor work horn,gear bush,AC gas filling. I will rate them 0 star on time management. Horrible experience.

Extremely pathetic service.Do not service your vehicles at Chennai Ford.There is no proper communication among different departments , service workshops.There is no proper follow-up systems.Customer need to follow-up with different persons in the service station.There is no assured duration given to customer for service.After assured time , I waited for 3 hrs extra to get the vehicle.There is no check point system to check the servicing against what was demanded.The body work has not done properly.The radio antenna was missing.The battery was drained off (I did not know why).So infotainment system has to reset.The petrol tank was empty which was filled with petrol worth Rs1000 before giving to Service.The level was not noted properly.The service had not done properly so I had again submitted my vehicle to Service station.For 2 weeks ,there was no communication from Service station.The telephones mentioned in the bill not working.There is no good connectivity with city , you have to hire a taxi to go to this place.I will never buy Ford vehicle and sell this vehicle.

Previously this service center was good.. Now a days the service became very waste and poor identification of problem... When you tell any problem, immediately they will suggest to replace the complete part of the car..

First of all the locality is not good. they parking our vehicle under hot sun dusty areas until they take it to repair. i gave my vehicle for small body repair. but when i went to take delivery they told me that vehicle was not starting.they told they dont know what happened. at last i had to return back without vehicle, they gave me the answer that vehicle wiring got short and need to change the floor wiring. and they have to get the approvals from manager to fix. i waited for three days already still do not know when they will deliver. when i called them they were informing we placed the order once we get it we will repair n give it so i am not sure of actual delivery date. i need the vehicle in two days but i am dubting. its already two weeks since i left the vehicle into service. poor. frustrated.

One of the worst service centers. Even if you point out things which needs service, those dont get addressed. They ask you to bring back the vehicle again when you complain of it. Ford produces best cars but it has got some absolutely useless service centers with skill less people. Until ford fixes the service centers, it can never imagine the position of maruti suzuki even in the distant of dreams.

Left me ford figo for its 2nd free service but i i left it late tat it crossed one year so i had to pay the labour charges also but tat my fault i accept but still it included interear vaccuming n all which they did the worst and they dint wash the car properly and worst is tat they dint even check my car tyre air also.....very unsatisfied 😪

Service is good but te spares put are really good? Chennai ford Ambattur has changed the LNK ASY FRT STAB BAR on 02.02.2017 for Rs 1730.78 again on 03.09.2018 the same set was replaced for Rs 1562.50. Is the life time of this LNK ASY is only 16 months or is it substandard one. Further the charges for replacing the wiper blade is Rs 157.95 and it appears to be high. Is it a drain on the customers at after sales stage.

I took my car after service yday. Today took for a long drive . Driving is pathetic and my car is behaving weared. It is like limp mode driving. Engine is not pulling even in first gear. Making huge noise . Couldnt overtake a vehicle as the engine is getting stuck when i give accelarator. Returned back from long drive now. Didnt continue my travel. Worst experience ever.

I had a bad experience with Ambattur Body shop. When taking delivery of may ford car i had not checked my boot, which is the case for so many years and this time after 2 days I noticed that my stepney tyre with disc missing. Complained to Ford and waiting for response.Please check everything before taking delivery from this work shop.Gopalakrishnan R
