Placed an order for a kitkat smoothie and a strawberry smoothie. The Strawberry smoothie had a tip of some kind of polythene cover. Something like a milk packet. It seems that it was not even cut by a scissors. It was bitten by ones mouth to open it... Royapuram is an area which is the highly infected corona zone. What kind of hygiene does this restaurant follow??? One star itself is too much for this restaurant...
