I wanted to give detailed review. It should reach the management.1) Not maintained properly.2) Rooms are not cleaned everyday.3) dining tables are not at all cleaned.4) Everyone one who works in Mandapam expecting tips.5) AC in one of the room is not working and no one attended, even after intimating the office room.I have taken photos of badly maintained rooms. Watch and take necessary action atleast now. Better change manager and new manager to watch the cleanliness of rooms, bathrooms regularly. Hope to get reply for this comment from management.

Good place away from main roads with good parking facility. Suitable for simple marriages and functions.

Huge place with great car parking space. Narasimhar temple is just right next to the marriage hall which is an added bonus.

Very Nice and pleasant place. Śrī Ahōbila Maṭhams very own place. A beautiful Śrī Lakṣmī Nṛsiṁhā Mandiram is there. Morning, Evening Aarathi, Thirumanjanam, Śrī Lakṣmī Nṛsiṁhā and Śrī Sudarśana Homams are conducted in a purely orthodox manner here by very well trained dedicated Vaidhikas. So many devotees from all walks of life throng here day in day out throughout the year and faithfully participate in the lively rituals.

It the official residence of SriVaishnavite Acharya Srimath Azagiyasingar. Complete with patasal etc. Lord LakshimNirusmha is the presiding diety. By 0900 hours when Azagiyasingar is camped her will bless us with prasads.

One of the highly powerful and serene temples in Chennai, where one can have a very peaceful Darshan of lord Lakshmi Narasimha and at the same time might as well visit and get the blessings of His Holiness Azhagiyasingar (Jeer) here at Shatari Bhavanam.Temple is surrounded by a good number of trees and is maintained well. Devotees can also sir and meditate peacefully near the temple.Since it is located slightly away from the main road near to residential area, there is no much traffic and related noises here. At the same time it is very much connected and accessible to the Tambaram-Medavakkam main road.One of my favourite spots in Chennai

Decent looking hall for someone who is planning for any function and has crowd of less than 1000 people. You can find a beautiful temple just OPP to the hall and its a good vibe as we Indians believe its auspicious to visit a temple and then enjoying the function. Parking space is good over here and a bit narrow roads to reach this place from the main road. Be prepare as u might have to walk a bit from the main road.

Best for Brahmin wedding

This is a marriage hall cum worship place. So they allow marriages to happen there but may not allow first night there. So while booking the hall check with them first as first night is also an auspicious occasion which needs to be performed at a good place. Otherwise all facilities are excellent and the hall is very much in demand. I think being a religious organisation, they charge very nominal compared to other halls with commercial motives.

Orthodox venue with strict rules and regulations for marriage and functions. Air conditioned. Ample space. Bit tucked inside the residential area. Serene and quiet.

Nice place for marriage functions. They have a wonderful dice for married couple. Food hall is also good and area is very big. For both marriage hall and food hall. As recently I went there for my colleague wedding.

Place is very beautiful

Back side of selaiur police station , located near to Lakshmi narashimar temple , mess hall is spacious enough for 500 people at a stretch . AC hall so it is suitable for all seasons . Interior decoration is marvelous and it have spacious outer area so that you can park 25 cars and many bikes. But most disadvantage of this hall is it is not noticeable from the main road. It is located in congusted street so very grand functions cant be celebrated here .

We had been to this wedding hall recently for attending the sathabhishekam of our friend and found the place decent. Well maintained and clean the hall can accomodate about 500 people easily. The AC is effective and was comfortable. On the same level is the dining hall which is provided with good seating arrangements. The hand washing area is also clean. The room we stayed on the first floor was clean with AC facility and attached bathroom. The geyser worked perfectly and the bathroom was clean. We found the place good and definitely recommend the place to conduct religious functions like weddings, seemantham, sashtiabdipoorthi , sathabhishekam etc.
