Pros:Overall the ambience of the place is good and the food quality was better then expected. The guests liked the place as there is ample car parking space and also the place is easy to reach.Cons:Response is a bit slow. Each time the food gets over we had to intimate them.Before we came the place

The hotel features with 2 party hall. The hall is suitable for Birthday.. Engagement ..or other small events. The hall has a separate dinning in top floor which is spacious and completely air-conditioned.

Only the party hall and location are good.They are money minded . In last minute they will try to add new rules to make you confuse and collect extra money for that. So customer should be more clear on each and every items ex. Table,table cover, chair cover, arch decoration etc .Better to check everything before the event start because they might miss some decoration ex.stage back drop,wordings etc.Food is OK . Apart from above points Party hall is Awesome.

Worst food, Uncooked Biriyani served in my Marriage, All my visitors and relatives, family members were unhappy about the food, none said good thing about the dinner

Worst hotel ever known in my entire life.Pls dont ever go there for party hall. Their only intention is to take as much as money from you. Even after taking(or i will say, looting) all your money, what you will get in return is complete disappointment and shame in front of your guests.Let me describe in detail.1. There food is next to nothing. Even a roadside stall guy gives you better food with better taste. All non veg food were under cooked.2. Party hall will be as bad as a godown with no windows. ACs will not serve its function even kept at 16 deg throughout.3. If you arrange for a buffet to treat your guests, you are done. Most of my guests have to ask them twice to get a single piece of mutton served.4. Very poor Timing sense. All the arrangements will be done by them only in presence of your guests. That too after one hour of your scheduled booking time. Even then you have to continuously follow up to get that done.5. Items ordered will not be served. If you are not careful enough, they will never serve it. I found one dish which is never served for all my guests.6. They dont care about your party anytime. Party hall will not be handed over to decorators until one hour before party.My deepest request is to avoid this party hall all time. So that you will not feel sorry after like i do now.

Nice Party Hall for small functions & for get together. Food is good.

They took money for 100 persons for both veg and non veg. but on the function day, they seggregated veg & non veg separately and even denied some of my guests food which is very bad behaviour. The service boys had little manners and dirty dress. Inspite of repeatedly saying them to serve both veg & n.veg to all customers, they had problem serving. Ensure one your guys stand near the serving table as the service boys will place one piece of chicken per plate or half scoop of whatever guests want. Thiruvizha will say food is unlimited but in reality they try to cut costs by serving less to guests. Hall is maintained well. Food was ok but service is a major issue so be careful.

The response is very worst. Totally money minded. Not flexible in any of the aspects. Worst house keeping. Food rate per plate is very high. Not worth according to menu. Preferred to cancel the program. But I was denied to give back advance. The welcome board is pretty horrible and it is in pieces. According to cost it is not worth enough. It was our bad experience with this party hall.NOT TO BE PREFERRED. IT WAS AN ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM.
