Very very narrow. Air conditioner not working.congested.very difficult to get out in case of natural disaster. Horrible.

A decent small hall. But car park has to be on service road.

- Marriage hall in a nice location of OMR Thoraippakkam is a plus for attraction who resides near OMR, ECR, Tambaram and Adyar locations.- Small marriage hall comprises of 200 seating facility.- Parking of only 5 cars inside marriage hall, apart from that only road-side parkings.- Owner and manager of the Hall will welcome with sweet voices and after paying money for the hall, their real faces will be shown.- No decorator allowed from outside. Only their Decorator named John Paul from Besant Nagar, who is useless fellow. Our creative ideas will never be replicated in Stage and Out-door banners even we give ideas for decoration.- Additional charges will be levied without any prior information and wont get the Advance money for what you paid for EB charges and Water loading charges. eg., they will say EB charge of Rs.5000 and Water loading of Rs.6000 and room charges of Rs.4000/-. Finally, we have to pay in addition of Rs.5000/- from what you paid.- Instead we can book any Halls inside City itself.

Small hall for small functions.No parking facilities

Very small hall we conduct office function not able sitting space for 50people.its too small.parking is availabe only for 20 more vehicle. Need space its enough

This is not considered to be a Mahal , not even equivalent to the size of a small restaurant , we can conduct only the team meetings here apart from that this Mahal is useless
