Decent hall located on main road just opposite to bus stop. Rooms are compact and neat. Air condition will go on sleep mode often for saving electricity. Only constrain is okay parking area.

This function hall consists of Ground Floor Parking, First floor for functions and the second floor for Dining purposes with Lift facility.

This is easy to recognise place as it is directly on roads that connect Rajakilpakkam and Chittlapakkam. Car parking is not directly available in premises but behind temple, up to 12 cars can be parked and this place is also owned by same owner. Interior is fine and can accommodate up to 200 members. Dining hall is also good, neat and clean.

No parking facility for cars.There is no free space available for people to move in the marriage hall. No space in sides. Only aisle space available. During reception, when people firm a queue, it becomes very uncomfortable. The building lacks width. This is the problem.Air conditioning was good.No adequate toilets for guests.Available toilets are very messy. Not continuously cleaned.Not enough taps for washing after eating.Except this air conditioning, a very bad experience.

The hall is big and spacious. It has a centralised AC system. It consists of threr floors, first floor is the marriage hall, second floor consists of rooms and third floor is for dining. Most importantly it has a lift service which will be helpful for elderly people. There is a parking space in the ground floor where 6 cars or approximately 30 bikes can be parked.

Yesterday, I attended a wedding in this premises. After sending my 9 year old son along with my parents who are aged 75 and above to dining hall in lift, a nightmare experience happened. Suddenly, power went off and the lift got stuck with no person attending to the problem till 10 mins later. I am running to every floor to check where the lift is stuck and all I hear is the screaming of my son and Mom. The technician who was supposed to be on the standby within the premises did not even bother to act swiftly. He did not even switch on the Genset till 20 mins later. After so much of pleading and waiting for 10 mins, he opened the door at 3rd floor with key. Imagine the plight of those who were in lift for those 10 mins. After the incident, the technician was behaving very arrogantly and I had to call the police to deal with him. Suddenly, an advocate appeared in the scene 30 mins after this incident happened and he was talking to me all nonsense threatening my life. Normal operation of lift is that in case of power failure, it should reach the next floor and open the door using the battery power to which it is connected but this did not happen possibly due to poor maintenance of lift. Looks like this is how the functions are being managed by these anti-social elements. I am not even sure if this building has all necessary permission for its operations. For our safety, we should avoid this building for our functions or be prepared to face the consequences.

Its a small function hall in three floors. Parking is in the ground floor and is small. The hall in the first floor can accommodate about 100 to 150 people. Third floor is the dining hall. Has an elevator.

Visited Ganesha exhibition recently. They conduct the exhibition every year

Averagely better hall for wedding celebration.Room are compact and tight with never changing bed spread & pillow covers. AC remote is a horror out, i was lucky enough to have IR blaster in my mobile.2 wheeler parking is at ground floor, however car parking is available at next street, which is quite big to hold atleast 6-10 cars based on size.The rooms especially bride & grooms are too cost lacking basic emergency security. Basically it seems this was constructed without any good construction planning.The stage decorations are too expensive and not worth the pay.They have huge generators for power back-up and thats really great.The cut-off for AC is too poor that you would be running out of air !Tip : if you are planning for overnight stay with large group of people in the hall, ensure you have good Electricity bill slab choosen since the hall technically has no cieling fan and all you need to relay on the wall mounted fan which is installed approx 1 for every 10meters. 100%, its not possible to survive in the hall without good AC.Pricing:1L/day which see.s to be high comparatively.This includes Electricity but NOT use of generators during power failure.Overall experience - 2.5 - 3 out of 5

Yes, T his mandapam is 3 floors. The ground floor is for 2wheeler praking. The 2 &3 floor is for marriage Hall and dining hall. The car parking is next street of mandapam

Marriage hall is good and very comfortable.Dinning is also comfortable.I paid Uber call taxi, 160 rupees from Alandur metro to this hall. But to my surprise it was nearly 7 times, when I tried it from the hall to Alandur metro.Only transport is bit difficult and costly.Auto drive to Alandur metro costs 350 rupees.Getting Uber or ola is very costly. Almost 1000 rupees to Alandur metro station.
