Good place to be with family and friends. Neat and clean. Not crowded. A bit expensive as compared to other restaurants in this area.

2 bedrooms interior are good but is poorly maintained and same is the case with AC. I stayed for one night. Staff is not at all welcoming and very rude. One guyed named money, need to get a crash course as how to deal with customers and i felt like they are racist as well, i believe dont like north Indians. It was very uncomfortable stay. I would suggest people to opt for a different place if ur staying with family. For the price they charge, good no of other option are available elsewhere.

The room was excellent.. neat and classy.. the bed was very comfortable.. cupboard was provided with hangers..ac room was spacious.. mirror and dressing table was there.. blanket and pillow was clean.. bathroom was neat and tidy.. heater is there in bathroom.. the room service and security service was good.. the complaints were looked immediately.. the biggest advantage is you are provided a kettle for hot water for drinking.. lift is available.. restaurant is there in ground floor.. the disadvantage is the cost is bit higher.. tariff is 2200 for a double room and 2700 for triple room.. extra bed costs 500 pax.. this is high for this area.. but the service is good and ambience is good but costly..

Very worst place in servicing. Dont go after 10:30 p.m. Theywill let you in, after placing the order, they will switch off the a/c, and then lights except the light above your table, then they will arrange all the chairs above the service table. Moreover, if you ordered soup and main course at that time, all will come at a same time. They will symbolically force us to eat in a hurry and go. If the order is placed at 10:30 p.m. They will bring it at 10:45 p.m. Within 15 minutes you should eat all the items and go out. Very very poor in service and worst place. Dont waste your money. They are also charging service charge for this type of service. I am experiencing this for the second time in period of 6 months gap. Situations never change in this restaurant

Serene, spacious, wonderful interiors and a huge car park. It is the best hotel around Kovur and moonramkattlai. I went there many times with family and friends to celebrates some good time along with them. Tables, lighting and interiors are just awesome. We ordered North Indian, South Indian, Chinese. Each and every item are tasted heavenly. Food quantity are fair enough with cost. We all loved served food along with hostility of their staff.

Well maintained restaurant, though the cost is quite high. You will find some of the exclusive varieties of dishes which are worth trying out. Overall a decent experience if you are ready to shell out some extra money.

They wont give what you want. They will decide what you eat. all the time they wont give leg piece, since I spent more than 6 times with my family and not tasty food. Price very high ... Staff are not bad. As a customer I am not preferred for my friends and family. I am avoiding this hotel when we have thoughts to go hotel. I usually prefered Sri Kupta bavan even though this is veg restaurant. We are happy to spend time here with good and tasty food. This is my opinion.Thank you

This hotel is getting converted to party and marriage hall. Still Hotel is under renovation. Maybe by 15th March 2019, work may be completed

Ordered Mutton Biriyani, Plain Biriyani and Nethli fry. Cook needs good training to make Biriyani. In place mutton biriyani we were served with mutton bones biriyani😥. As we complained about the bone filled biriyani we were served with four extra mutton pieces digged out from the biriyani pot in the kitchen😁. Nethli fry was good. Hotel ambience was good and the hotel is maintained neat. Like to post a pic of bone biriyani but do not want to post a pic of used plates.
