Clean. In a very crowded place. Packing is a big problem. Better take auto. Toilets dont have exhaust, but not dirty. No gents urinal. The sound system was very loud. Can say, average.

Its a very good place with all kinds of facilities. There are no water problems and the garden is also clean. Also this can be used for wedding, birthday, or any kind of festival purposes.

I just want to give 0 rating. But no option so I am giving this one.Mr.Srini (Not sure whether he is Manager or Supervisor) is a complete cheat. They are asking me to change my booking date , since government has announced Lock down on Sunday. The Client who have booked the hall on Sunday wants to move it to Monday (My Booking date).For that this great person is asking me to change the date and the reason he gave is awesome Since its my kids Birthday party, I can have that on any day.I think he cannot decide on the date.I lost my control when I heard that word. Money can manage anything. If they are getting money they can do anything.Response to the Owner: Thanks for your update. I visited the place for the last 5 times. But he was not there. I asked him to share the Account details but he didnt. Moreover i am chasing him for the last one month. I have all the recordings of phone conversation. Just like that dont tell its just a enquiry for one week.If you really concerned about the clients, just call me I will give the complete details. Treat all the clients as same.He is saying that political person is involved. That is not the proper way.

Basically a function hall with a big lawn space which can be used for dining. Looks like a newly constructed place. Was looking very neat and clean. Close to Perumbakkam main road and in a prime location. Great option for people who are staying in and around.

This party lawn is very spacious and also has good lighting effect. We had booked this hall for a personal event here and most of the crowd liked the place. Recommend for Bday parties, engagement functions etc.. parking is the only concern that needs to be improved as we can only park upto 10 cars inside. Hope you are already working on this..

Last 3 months before they said total rent around 35000 . Now, they are saying after lockdown total rent is 60000 comparing to big party lawns in Ecr they are charging 50000(starting price) only.Too much price & they charge 60000 for 6hrs only .
