We had reached out to Mr Upendra for our daughters 1st birthday decorations.Mr.Upendra was very patient in listening and delivering more than what we expected.We had chosen Cocomelon theme and Mr.Upendra executed the decorations with perfection.The stage decor, welcome board,balloon arch,wish cards were really very professional.The highlight was the magic show which was a part of the package which was really enjoyed by all.Overall we were very happy with the decorations.Mr.Upendra was very professional from the start and made sure everything was perfect till the very end.

Poor follow ups, in fact no follow up at all. Evertime customer is the one who follows up. Thank god I didnt finalize this guy. Reply and response with a bad attitude (as if we are asking for some favor) stay away. There are lot of good ppl out there to plan our party. PATHETIC!!!Update - this is not a fake review and I dont have any need for it. Agreeing only positive reviews is not a right attitude. I contacted you multiple times and you spoke to all the times. Looks cheap but not really.. They dont even have cake stands for birthday table display.. He came to the venue at 5 o clock and the function was about to start at 6.. They were decorating even after the function started.. Booked him based on the reviews..very much Disappointed..

We had planned ear boring ceremony at home for my niece.. but hadnt clearly thought through about the decorations.. we got in touch with them in like 12 hour window of the event.. and Upendra was so accommodative and responsive.. Special mention of Prem here.. such a calm and professional person.. he later told me that he was informed at 11 pm the previous night and he was at our doorstep at 6 30 the following morning.. the decorations we had chosen were very simple, but came out to be so elegant.. it was a huuuuge sigh of relief that we found the right guys who understood that less is more! I chose Masth after seeing their review. I work in UAE and contacted him thru whatsapp. Mr. Upendra was patient enough to answer our questions. No ego. He visited the party hall with my brother in law and suggested to go for a lower package and customize it according to our requirement. We had asked him for customized designs with peacock and bala Murugan theme for my sons 1st birthday. We were astonished to see the hall when we arrived at the hotel- lemon tree shimona. We even had uninvited hotel guests (few foreigners too) to see the decoration in hall as the welcome board was such a beauty with the theme and my sons ever smiling pic. To add to their commitment the changes were made in posters and banners even after printing, to say exactly less than 20 hours before the celebration. I feel obliged to write this review. After much research considering cost, quality, online reviews we zeroed in on Masth events for our daughters first birthday party. I was confident I made the right choice when we met Upendra in person and explained him what we wanted. He listened patiently and explained the various packages available, how we can customise them by adding on additional items by paying additional cost for those add ons alone instead of opting for a higher package. This made complete sense to us and I think is the USP of Masth events. Coming to the decorations we wanted wonder woman theme for the party. It was a new theme to be created from scratch. We shared many ideas and i must admit I was not sure how much of what I wanted would translate in reality. But they exactly created what I wanted. Being a person who pays attention to details I am impressed with their work. They have stood by their motto value of your penny = quality of work + customer satisfaction. Kudos to Upendra and team, keep going!!!

Highly recommend Masth event organisers. Cost effective, best output and followed up about details of event in effective manner. We approached for 1st birthday party for my son.
