I conducted my marriage at Kalyan hometel in Vasantham Hall, FB manager was helpful and staffs also were helpful for my Marriage event. But they could have been more calm and patience in answering our queries for enquiring rooms and buffet breakfast. Overall Ambience will be very good, nice atmosphere and place to conduct limited events. After decoration the hall looks really good. Food Taste was also nice and decent was the feedback from our guest. Since its plate count we ordered for 320 plates but have to pay additional 30 plate costs after the event which we not sure whether such plates were used. They told they have another event and need hall by 11am but there was no such events and they more focused in closing the hall sharp @ 11am which is guaranteed time. Additional plates we have to be care full since we need to pay same charges while leaving and food was also over quickly.

I wouldnt rate this hotel at all. But i do not have an option of not rating this without a star. Had the worst experience. Lack of hospitality. I had gone there to attend my friends wedding. And the mode of transport in which I went was an auto. They didnt allow the auto inside and asked me to get down at the gate and walk into the hotel. I have never seen this kinda new rule in any star hotel as of date. And when this issue was taken to the fmcg manager he simply replied we wont allow auto inside this hotel. When asked for the reason he said with such an attitude no reason we just dont allow autos inside. Its like he is telling that this hotel allows only people with great status inside. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.And also I noticed that before the guests could leave the banquet Hall they started removing the chairs. Guests were still having their food and photo session were going on. Worst hospitality and worst behavior of the Staff there. I will strongly recommend you not to go and book in that hotel for any purpose. I was even planning to keep my brothers engagement there since its closer to my home but seeing such attitude i rather see another hotel where the hospitality given to us is proper. Just because we use autos doesnt mean that we have a lower status or autos itself is not of a lower status. 🤬😡😠🤬🤬😡😠

Buffet Place should be improved which is allocating for Booked hall in this place ... because buffet serving area is very small ..
