The halls are huge and spacious. Looks stunning and has a huge dining area as well. The only and huge drawback is the approach roads and the distance from the city. If the approach roads are fixed, it would get another 2 stars. That is the main drawback of this place.

Grossly over-rated marriage hall.Totally out of city access. Access to the place is definitely worrisome.Very tiny dining space compared to the hall.Only thing to praise for is the room size. Very comfy rooms like that of hotels.However, very poorly maintained ones. Washrooms stink throughout the stay. Looked like they handed over w/o cleaning.

Big marriage hall with proper parking facilities. But the place located in a very remote area in Chennai. There is no direct bus route for this place. Share Auto is the only public transport way to this place. If you do invitation for this place, clearly mention a bus routes.

If you like to book this hall please bring AC, chair, stick for removing stray dogs, Mirror, room freshener, pest killer, water from Home nothings works properly as they have committed. Its not a palace its just a simple hall. Before booking the hall they committed everything will be perfect but they do nothing. Half of time spent in complaining itself instead of looking after on the marriage work.They are totally money motive and everything what you ask will come with a price which is also doesnt satisfy the customer at the end.Dinning chairs are not very strong and more than 10 people fell down during the marriage occasion and few among them who fell were with babies.Like other marriage hall this hall also has been linked with only one Stage decorator, we doesnt have any other choice but to select them and pay them heavy money for very simple background and flower garden. They doenst have options for middle class people and we have no choice but to select a simple bg which I feel is not worth for money .No negotiation is possible , communication is also very difficult main in charge residing in foreign country who is taking decision on finalizing the quotation and their were no person in Chennai to take decision on the bg flower garden. Each time if we need to ask any queries or clarification we need to send mail or communicate on our late evening each day which is so difficult on daily circumstance.Since there are many marriage halls , we dont know who will come and eat when the function is going on, someone has to constantly stand on the dinning hall to check no outsider enter the hall. In our function many outsiders entered the dinning hall from the next hall where serial shooting is going on .One positive review is the coordinator was very responsive and when any problem during the marriage occasion told to him , he was so responsive and acted fast to solve the issue. The area is spacious for parking facility and the hall is also spacious holds 500 seating and 700-800 floating people but the guest will not be satisfied with all those spacious things.On the whole if you have more money dont know where to spend come to Evp

Really big. Cool and nice place for events. They say there are 6 auditoriums. Really nice place for marriages.

In one word, worst maintenance, worst management and total money minded people. I wont recommend this place if you want to conduct a peaceful marriage ceremony.

Good place for wedding,other functions. A bit far off for people not residing near Miot hospital area. Difficult to book cabs and autos especially during rainy spells.

Extremely over priced wedding hall! I felt like there were plenty of hidden charges, which were not exactly declared upfront, they have their own decorator which is offcourse over priced and we have no way but to avail only them. Decoration was different from lighting in decoration- just those costed about 2 and half to 3 lakhs, electricity and hall rent is different. The surprising part is- maram kattuthal is not included in the 2 and half lakhs. If there was an option to give 0 stars- I might have done That. Try to stay away from renting this place as much as possible.

Marriage hall has potential but limited to their decorators who is average. Management is extremely poor. Late night before wedding management demanded money in cash instead of check, which was written in the terms. If we did not give that minute they threatened to switch off current. Would not reccomend this hall.Cleaning service is also not good yet charged 10k per day. Management also last minute took away an additional palace we paid advance for. Please do yourselves a favor and book another location.

The super marriage hall in chennai full AC and Good Looking

The hall could hold upto 150-160 people at a time. There are about 6 different halls within this campus. Car parking is available in a lawn area just outside the hall.However, the main problem is getting here from the city. The road leading to this hall is in a very poor condition. Especially on rainy days, it can be a nightmare to travel in this route.

Very poor access area and located in jam packed area. Infrastructure is pretty good.
