A good central choice for lunch - you can either take away or eat at the tables in the street outside. Also lots of provisions, cookery books and accessories to buy. Lovely friendly staff too!

If you like Mediterranean cuisine then this is the go to shop, they have a good range of food to go , spices snacks, cakes and even utilities. Try many things from this place and they were all delicious specially the savoury options. I would advise trying hummus, labneh and sesame bread sticks. From the sweet option the chocolate babka stand out.

We had the takeaway dinner tonight (pea fritters meal), with extras (hummus & pita , white peach salad, dessert). Absolutely wonderful food! If you’re looking for a special meal in lockdown, you’re at the right place.

Lovely people, staff friendly and knowledgeable and the food is delicious. Had buns and almond things and chocolate hazelnut bread. So I don’t know what any of it was actually call but it tasted great.

Honey & Spice is absolutely delicious. Its one of my favorite places to go for lunch. There are so many options, and its easy for a vegan or gluten free to find plenty to eat. When its nice out they have great outdoor seating as well.

I went there yesterday with my dear Son who bought me lunch as a belated Mothers day lunch. The food was FANTASTIC! lovely staff. The rice salad was scrumptious and the chicken was divine. My Son highly recommends the slaw and chicken combo. Today I tried the Halva and knees buckled, I could eat it standing up it was that good. We shall be going there again very soon . They have an amazing selection of very high quality middle Eastern ingredients and at lunchtime have a buffet of utterly mouthwatering options, each more delicious than the last.Whats most amazing is that food this good in easily accessible central London hasnt yet acquired either a very high price tag nor queues around the block (though it does get busy theres never a very long wait).Go there and treat yourself.

Last year would have given 5 stars easily as the food is very good. Prices have risen sharply and nearly £10 for a vegetarian salad box knocks off a star.

I came here because of the good food reviews but unfortunately was gravely disappointed. I ordered a lunchtime take away box which is pricey at £9.15. For this, I got a very oily and tasteless chicken thigh in addition to 3 salads which were also very bland. The food options also don’t make much sense as it was either the chicken or a tomato based chickpea stew. The reason I chose the chicken was because the hot stew would have made any salad utterly soggy and inedible. The only nice surprise was the odd taste of preserved lemon but overall the spices and herbs did not bring any of the freshness or contrasting tensions you expect from food of this sort.

Nice little shop in warren street from the owners of honey & co. There is always a wide selection of middle Eastern salads and hot mains as well as baked goods. One can also shop for fruit and vegetables and small housewares. A little on the pricey side.

For a lunch spot on a summery day, this has been a great restaurant to go to. The salads here are incredible! Really like the roast cauliflower dish it is one of my favourite. The desserts if tempted are also equally as good. Definitely give this one a go for one of your weekday lunches, it will make both your mouth, belly and hips happy!Edit: I tried to come back again in April 2019 and they have raised the prices and changed the portioning. For a main + salad take away its 10£+, its become too expensive to go to for a regular lunch spot. Im sure the food taste just as good (last time I went, the lentil soup was delicious), but unfortunately, its now placed itself in a food bracket that is more expensive than other places around the area.

My coworkers and I used to love this place - the salad box is very high quality and delicious. However, since they renovated, theyve changed the business model and the portions have basically halved - previously a salad box for £8 was expensive, but worth it... now it feels like a rip-off... especially since the box is actually bigger than before..! Guys please turn it back to the pre august days and I will return on a bi-weekly basis, thanks!

Expensive, for tiny portions. They don’t fill their boxes up for takeaway lunches. Extortionate. Never going back, unless I feel like getting ripped off again. The picture attached shows the food I got for £13, the can is added just for scale.

I always stop here when Im passing, the cakes and treats are delicious and one day Ill be here at lunchtime hopefully cos the salad boxes look great.

Shop looks lovely, but isn’t geared up for eat in. Had food served in a horrible plastic box, unfortunately it was cold. Every mouthful had a wedge of bitter lime. Cakes are left out and taste days old. Have been a few times and still the same situation- not going back again!

I absolutely love the food here! The cafe serves up a variety of dishes from the entire Levantine region, as well as selling some spices, vegetables, cookware and cookbooks. The owners themselves are often serving at the counter, and all the staff are always extremely friendly, warm and helpful.I generally opt for a box with a selection of their salads, which change a little from day to day and are always excellent. I particularly love the roasted cauliflower with tahini, the watermelon and feta salad, and anything they do with aubergines! They also do good hummus and muhammara. Everything is always very freshly made with high quality ingredients. Their breads and pastries are absolutely sublime too, especially the feta and honey cheesecake, which is easily the best cheesecake I’ve ever eaten.Admittedly it’s not the cheapest place around but the quality is consistently very high and the portions are reasonable and healthy.I actually purchased their cookbook but still pop in from time to time to treat myself.

I wanted to love it but I cant; its not right, its Middle Eastern food made by amateurs for a Middle-Aged Caucasian audience that doesnt know any better.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The chicken, Greek and bread salad with tomato were delicious!

Food can be variable - love the babaganoush, great pitta and the most amazing spiced granola (you’ll want to eat it in on go). The salads are a bit hit and miss and overpriced. Had great service (and food) in the restaurant but here the staff were unfriendly, curt and not even attempting to be helpful. Hopefully that will improve!

Surprisingly impressive flavours in the takeaway lunch box. Filling for me, but may be slightly small for others. Seems very healthy, and low on the carbs. They have Veg and Meat option (50p extra for meat, I got meat and thought it was worth it). It is expensive overally (£7.50 for a lunch box), but it is Central London. The place was packed with people queuing for it, so people must love it. The staff were helpful and friendly, but a little rushed.

Got a recommendation from my dentist in Fitzroy Square and enjoyed a lovely salad. Very friendly staff.
