First of all its an old mandapam with moderate looks.1. Has lift facility2. Good enough parking lot3. A spacious hall in the first floor (Non-AC). With moderate look.4. Spacious dining hall with cooking facility5. Average rooms and vast terrace.

Most difficult to access, tucked away in narrow lane , so going there in a car is out of question, the entrance is through a very steep staircase built at a very sharp angle, the hall and dining area are dingy and claustrophobic, had no other option but to attend a reception which was unavoidable .On a scale of 1 to 10 -- only 2.

The marriage Hall resides in narrow road where more than one car is not possible at a time. The hall is ok for partying but marriage ... I think its not suitable and it contains very small parking lot for the guest. Preferably for birthday party or get together functions.
