Worst. Birthday function should start at 6pm. But they started the decoration that time only and ended the decoration at 8pm. And also it did not look like how they promised it would look like in the pamphlet. When we told the same, they started to argue and even told to delete our photos. Worst kinda behavior. Do not opt this event management. C the below two pics and compare wat they have done. Pathetic people

Really I am impressed with their Dedication and the Decoration work. Whenever I contact, they respond immediately and the executive get in the touch untill complete the decoration. Surely worth for our Money.

One of the worst experiences with them ,Punctuality - 0/5Promises kept - 0/5Food - 3/5Decorations - 3/5 ( since the decors they had are old )I was promised food as mutton briyani but instead they had put chicken . No follow-ups made with their customers till the function got over . But the lady followed up vigorously for the pending transportation charges .As a manager I follow up with my customers / clients on a constantly to make sure they get the satisfaction.Kindly ensure your customers are satisfied after each event and compensate for the mistakes you guys made instead of pestering for payments .Kindly implement these and then make sure u give the 100 percent for your customers .Good bye ...

I had the worst worst worst experience ever. They spoiled my dream about my daughters first birthday. They not worth for even a penny. First they came very very late for the event and finished decoration very late. The decoration what they did was totally opposite to what we requested to them. I would request everyone to not this event planner. Seriously they will be best only to spoil the day. Now every time I see my daughters birthday pics Im sure that I will be regretting for choosing this decorators. My ill fate that I ended up with such a worst decorators. My humble request to everyone. Please dont even consider choosing this decorators. Please.

I have done my daughters 4th and 5th birthday decoration with them. There support are so awesome especially kumari her coordination is very great . They very humble and genuine event mananagement people i have seen. Prompt and great work povket friendly they know what u want and they deliver the same without any hassle u can just give the details and relax everything will be done on time . I thank kumari and the whole team and looking forward for my daughters 6th birthday decoration too thank u soo much all.
