AC is too good. Though parking on road side, too many spaces available nearby. Pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend AVA mini hall to all.

We celebrated our baby birthday function13/12/2019 on AVA Mahal... i need to share my experience with you all who all looking for baby shower birthday party or any function of your family please go and view this mahal bcoz its a wonderful mahal and the owner of mahal is very friendly and careful person they are not money minded...actually the function went very super first time me and my husband organise this birthday party without our elders we really fear to organise our girl birthday function but with help of them we ready all things(food decorations..etc) and our elders and all our friends and family members felt happy of our arrangement and the function completed very well😀🥳

Attended recently a naming ceremony. The hall is quite good. Apt for small occasions and family functions. Of course car parking would be a question, but thats something a common issue these days not just in chennai. Except for that, the hall is perfect for small functions.
