Good air-conditioned Mahal with parking ( one is inside another outside). They arrange drivers to park the vehicles in outside parking. Hospitality of the management staffs are good.

Place is ok. But the response of power back up on powerloss is terrible! I mean even it first happened it took 10 mins to restore power. And the transition dimming is stupid, it should be flawless.

Also have power backup for emergency and for the aged people to move upstairs have the lift facilities.. Parking facilities for the 2 wheeler available inside premises..

Attended a Seemantham function - celebrating the arrival of baby - of my niece. A small hall (Padmavathy Mahal)accommodating around 150 people and another small hall for dining which accommodated 50 people at a time were hired by my brother for this purpose. Valet parking was available. Neat and clean arrangements in good ambience. Third floor hall could be reached by lift. Value for money. Thanks.

I dont know chennai trends and formalities. In my view the main hall was not that great on space. Balcony is not noticeable. Food is provided on 3rd floor. Lift was too small.

Got married here. Was very comfortable in holding a crowd of about 800 people. Good bedrooms and well maintained bathrooms. Spacious dining hall. The parking though is a bit cramped.

Shri Vishnu Mahal located in main road - Arcot road in Saligramam. Easily noticeable. Evening time the road is full of traffic. Hence there was a slight delay in reaching the venue. Food in the second floor. Mandapam in ground floor. No car parking available. But they arranged a car parking in the opposite road in an empty ground associated with passport office

I recently attended a wedding here and had a nice experience with the above average facility. The hall is located just opposite to the old Bharani Studios site and is directly on the main road. The facility is reasonably clean with full air-conditioning available. The main hall is on the ground level. However, it needs one to climb about 15 steps. Once at this level, lifts are available to the mezzanine level and dining hall above it. Parking is very tight with a few spots available in the basement. The management has an arrangement with the empty lots across the street for additional parking.The bride and grooms rooms are good and located on stage (6 steps). Additional reasonably well appointed rooms are available upstairs, both with attached baths and common baths.Being located on a busy road means the acoustics are not that great with traffic noise filtering in. It also means cramped location for mapillai azhaippu etc

Good marriage hall which can accommodate around 400 people in the ground floor and around 200 to 300 people can sit and watch marriage programme or any other function from first floor.This is a centralised A/C hall.This marriage hall has 12 A/C rooms for accommodation.It is situated in the heart of chennai.Has two wheeler and four wheeler parking facility, underground.Very elegant stage for performing the function.Has adequate plastic chairs.Good Lift facility as the mahal has 3 floors.Actually in the 3rd floor a hall in which mini programmes can be conducted, is called Padmaathi hall.3 out of 12 A/C rooms are situated within this hall.All rooms are A/C fitted with water heater facility.Overall it is an excellent selection for those middle and high classes.

Its located at the end of a narrow residential street in T.Nagar. A modest mandapam, where ground floor has the dine-in and the hall is hosted in first floor.The place can roughly accomodate 350+ people. Beyond that, its a rush and things get congested, which is what happened at my colleagues wedding.Parking not available

Its a good Mandapa located on the main road. People can easily locate this mandapam. Its size is also good for conducting moderate croud marriages. So we fixed the mandapam for my daughters wedding.
