I visited this store about a week ago, and the staff here are very rude. One of the store representative (has a pony tail), had a very confrontational attitude, and kept raising his voice. For example, I was looking to buy the Soundbar 300 with the Bass Module 500 combo, when my eyes happened to catch a glimpse of the lifestyle system. When I enquired about that product, his response was on the lines of what do you really want to buy? I left the store immediately. Its strange many seem to have the same experience at this store. Have these employees been paid?

Hi everyone! I happen to visit this store on 2nd October 2021. The experience in the store was terrible to say the least. I had to experience a not so welcoming greeting from the lady staff out there that day. Her attitude was like why is this guy even here now and that clearly reflected in her attitude. I asked for the Bose Quite Comfort Earbud to try it on. And while I was trying she didn’t even bother to guide me as to how to use the EarPods [even though I don’t require her guidance as I already have used Bose EarPods bought in 2018], but she was quick to say with her rude tone to fix it properly in my ear or else it will fall. I just don’t understand how a lady with such an attitude can be working in a role which involves customer interaction. No one who has self respect will ever buy from such a person. The moment I experienced this I decided not to go ahead with my purchase and I have gone ahead with apple airpod pro only because of the lady’s behaviour. I hope someone from Bose is looking at this. Please, don’t lose your customers just because of the unwelcoming nature of your staff.

I highly recommend not to buy the bose product. Although you buy with over priced product, their repairing service is extremely bad. I am trying to reach them with all mode of contact, no response for emails and no use with toll free numbers. If you cant repair. it is different, but getting the bose customer service to repair almost impossible which is very bad. I can say dont waste your money with this overpriced brand and no proper service centers.

BOSE has its reputation, and its a universal truth, which needs no explanation. Speaking of the service and sales closer, the job put by Ms.Lakshmi was phenomenal and the drive to get the job done by knowing the customer’s needs and wants was marvellous, which gives a credit to the Bose franchise at Phoenix, overwhelmed🙂.

The products which I purchased here are fault and malfunctioning. I don’t kno why, maybe it’s because of substandard quality?. The reason I purchased here is because of Bose showroom. be warned of their quality. And the staffs needs training for how to behave to their customers. They are selling with an attitude as if you buy or not they will not care. The sound touch 30 which I purchased gave me lot of problems. So finally I will not recommend this place.

I visited the store to experience the speakers. The store manager knows thing or two about sound. Well arranged place to experience and buy.

The Bose store is a nice good showroom. The display of products is very nice. I hope the purpose of having a show store and having display of the products is for checking the quality and to buy. The issue with the sales rep here is, he is having a general opinion that people checking the products at the store and buying the same online at discounted rates. So he is not ready to answer if you ask a little more question and about different products they have. He wish to charge some amount to the customer to visit the Store and checking the product if the product is not purchased. 😄😄😄. Nice thinking. Surely I have no idea of what Bose as a company have to say.

Visited the store and asked for a demo. The store rep said that only if we are buying the product, they will give us demo. Worst experience. I love Bose products but this store is pathetic.

We did not like the customer experience in this store. We bought the exact same Bose product in a neighboring store where the sales person was very polite and patient.

Recently visited this store on a week day and the experience was very bad. No crowd during my visit and the sales guys were not so friendly on explaining the products. They answer only for the questions we ask and never explain themselves about the product features. Their attitude turns down my decision to buy from their store. The guys in the store have to learn about marketing and customer relationship.0 star from me.

I recently purchased the Bose sound sport wireless ear phones. The sales representative was very poor in answering my questions. And was not describing the product effectly. Very poor in customer satisfaction.was totally disappointed with the service.

The Bose exchange offer is literally an eye wash. They just take old docking stations on exchange. Looks like they dont want their customers to continue on Bose.

After all the above reviews I visited the store , This is a fantastic and right place for people who want to buy (reiterate ) the Bose products . They were right at the slot with my requirement gave a right recommendations nothing to sell . Definitely not the place for window shoppers and people who waste time . I had spent quite some time with the people at the store they actually educate people on their buying and products . It was annoying that window shoppers disturb people who have come to buy and their shopping experience . I actually happened listen to few conversation with few time passers who had come for the movie it was meaningless and pathetic . I would like to visit again provided when I want to buy .

I had the worst experience at this store . the person working there ,a lady was very rude and impolite . please train your staff on how to talk to customers and make the shopping experience better .

Bose products are awesome, good setup and demo. Sales guys are patient to explain and answer all your questions even if you are not keen to buy one.

More expensive than European & American stores. Pricing is just crazy and this shop may be apt one for blackmarketers shopping!
