I asked to scan govt id ,it was not at all properly scanned , i asked to rescan they refused if u want to scan any certificate and all ,i recommend to choose another shop,this is good only for printouts

Really bad and rude service.Went in the afternoon for taking passport photo for my kid. Photographer had gone for lunch and after he returned he clicked the pics. When we saw the pics on computer and asked to click better pics his reply was I cannot as I had left my lunch half way and cameThen I asked for soft copies (original and edited) only for the pics which I asked to print which I paid for. The boy told he cannot give original as his boss (Ramesh) will not allow. But is insisted him and he told he will ask his boss in the evening.Then later when I came to collect the pics he told that his boss did not allow him to give original pics. The I called his boss (Ramesh) and he told that if he was there he could have given original pics as he makes a copy and does the editing. But his employees do the editing directly on the original copy. So inspite of asking them at the begining itself for soft copies of original pics they are so adamant in not giving us what we want and telling two different stories.So I gave my feedback over the phone to the boss telling that I will never come here again and will not recommended anyone as well and immediately he started yelling at me over the phone.Very impatient and immature behaviour by owner and staff.Never go there unless you want to get dissapointed.

Good place for urgent service in this particular area. But not a friendly guidance though.
