Dont buy them second hand tv. Frud they dont give good product they sell 90percent off failure product. They dont check tv properly. Worst in selling

Worst experience...I provid3d my blue ray player and they promised to give back next day and after 3 days of continuous follow up, they never touched the player and when I go to take back my player, by that time they opened the set and after 30mins they said they cant ready the player and charged 100rs as test charge without doing anything...when I provided feedback they said 1 or 2 customers they dont bother since they r getting 100customers per day....they dont even bother about customers and very keen on money only....dont go and waste ur time...cheating...

Offers decent service but be careful of being cheated. The owner Rajasekhar will try to charge you not based on the work done but based on how expensive your TV is. I took my 55 inch Samsung LED TV which did not turn ON due to lightning power surge and I was shocked to find that he informed 7500 Rs to fix a simple capacitor problem.The reason he gave was Sir, Your TV motherboard is gone. Luckily we have one spare motherboard available, but it will cost 7500 to fix. When asked why so expensive, he said check with company sir, they wont offer this service less than 15k. So I said I will take back my TV and service outside. He then offered to fix my TV for 6000. But still I persisted and took back my TV and got it fixed in Ritchie street for Rs 1000 and the service guy informed that it was just replacing a couple of resistors which fixed the problem. People like Rajasekhar who try to cheat the not-so-tech-savy people should be taken to consumer court. He also does not provide any bill for the work done and only accepts cash (which goes to him as black money).

In service they are ok and cost wise never forgot to bargain. They will tell more and if u bargain they will decrease.

They charged me 500 for doing nothing nothing regarding to my complaint.

Place you can service all your LCD and LED TVs ... Im completely satisfied by the way my TV got serviced... They charged 7500 to replace my LED TV panel
