Customer service is ZERO here. A very bad experience which occurred recently.Bought a logitech wireless kb & mouse for 1480 on 30 sep 21, after a week of usage the number 3 was not working sometimes. Later from 14 Oct the number didnt work at all. Went to the shop and they were so rude and all they say is to go to company and get it replaced. A product which is not even a month old and we as a customer hav to run around it for repair or replacement, biggest mistake was the same product in Amazon was only 1540 and had replacement options as well.Hence best place to get customer service for electronics is Amazon

Its very poor service, staff handling its not right way, i have purchased one product telephone instrument, its not working properly, we when and asked he have refused to exchange. Very bad service.

Worst customer service. made queue to secure social distancing.. But they didnt have proper notice on where to stand and how to folllow the queue, After waiting for 20 minutes myself, and two more customers in forward came to know we waiting in the wrong queue. When we questioned them, they replied harshly by its their job they can keep it however they want, and they cant inform everyone. These guys are behaving like these because they think they have very much customer service, and they can be successfully even loosing customer satisfaction,

I have bought AC remote from him twice, both times it didnt work. It has a display but doesnt connect with AC. In the shop, he showed the display & sold the item, telling that there is no warranty. On buying the item second time also, thinking that it could be a defective piece, my bad luck, same thing happened. Despite the feedback, he will not stop selling defective item....NO MERCY even on buying the item twice for returning it at least....

Deserves no star at all. These guys sell cheap and defective Chinese items with invoice stamped upside down as no return, no warranty, no guarantee. Please check invoice for this stamp. If you find this then please dont pay. Coz once you pay you have to walk out with the defective product and you wont get any refund as well. Be carefull while buying from this shop. Buy only known branded stuff with manufacturer warranty. I personally got one webcam a couple of days back. It was a HD 720p with mic for Rs.1250. But the quality was less than 360p and the mic was not working. When i asked the seller he gave a casual reply that this is how it will work... Worst part was that he said in webcam only camera will work and mic will not work. He refused to give refund as well.. This is mercy electronics, near Anna Nagar roundtana.

The owner has made lot of money and so has opened many branches to avoid income tax...hence obviously, quality and service is the only things that are not available in these branches though many products are available

I went there for changing the HDD(Seagate) - 1TB Purchased from them which is under warranty. They have told me to contact the service center which is in Greams road. Being the regular customer of them I have not satisfied with their reply and service to the customer. I feel very discomfort. And also they are not at all attending the calls which creates very inconvenient to the customers like me. For which every time we have to contact them in person.
