I visited Unicon for my personal laptop screen replacement from HD to FHD screen.Called Unicon and Dilip picked my call and given quote for the same with 2 options like Original with 1 year warranty and Compatible with 3 months warranty, then i called 3 to 4 laptop screen replacement centers in Ritchie street via my friends, Yes Ritchie street guys quoted less by 1K to 1.5K and i was worried about workmanship & all, and i changed my mind to live with current HD screen only.Post 2 day i got a message from Dilip on the status and when i plan to visit. But I told my real concern and he given me the another offer by taking back my current HD screen.Finally , I set my mind to visit and replace with final quote.( Even this quote was little higher than Ritchie street)Here you Go. ( below are the outstanding performance from Unicon Solutions compare to other service centers)Mann, Dilip was too professional on laptop repairs.1. Proper tools are used for this repair.2. No Marks or Damage on the laptop.3. very very highly skilled professional and replacement done in just 15 minutes.4. All repairs done in front of me( this you cannot expect from any center)5. Before replacement he shared the part number and shown the same in internet too and all looks original with original company packing.6. He checked first and shown the screen to me for the first hand checking before i leave the center.7. Within a days i had a doubt on brightness, as my earlier HD panel looks brighter,i have send a message to Dilip, he promptly checked this internally and came via screen share and everything looks perfect. This he done on the same day.8. 1 year replacement warranty for any technical fault.9. I never find any issue, that he is not picking my call either before or post sale of product.( this will happen in few centers)10. This people are very knowledgeable and professional in service.Above all justifies my purchase stands satisfactory compare to Ritchie street quote.I already given Unicon reference to my friends and family.
