Talking on the phone is even more impossible - not a professional setting.

WORST CUSTOMER CARE .i had to wait more than 10 days to get an online order.No prompt response from customer care,when we enquire about the order . everytime we call,they will reply, that in five minutes ,they will get back to you.rarely they will call you.finally I had to go the nearest showroom to get the online order .

Very bad customer service. I should have read the reviews before going there. Unfortunately i went there during shifting house and because of their delayed delivery to the previous address i had to arrange transport for just 1 item to be delivered to the new address.Their phones are just show piece, No one picks up including the HO.

Big Time cheaters. Purchased a fridge on 24th October in Trade centre. During this transaction. they committed to me that they will take back the old fridge for 2000Rs. While i requested them to note down in the bill, they gave dozens of reason on why they cannot write in in the bill. I have been following with them for almost a month now. Till last week they said they will honour the commitment but did not. I called them atleast 25 times today to multiple numbers and finally they called me just to say that they did not commit to anything like this.

All the home appliances prices are too high compare to others.Recently I bought a LG washing machine which costs around 900 rupees higher than Viveks. My bad luck i convinced by my friends word.During purchase they told delivery will be free once i paid money they said 150 rupees for delivery. it is for 100 ft distance of my home. I fought like anything to avoid Rs. 150. Finally i got success.If you have energy to fight and voice then go and buy in Sathya.Please do the inquiry like warranty period, price with other vendor, before buying anything in Sathya.

Worst shop dont ever go and get ur money waste

I tried in all four numbers given in the invoice- no one answered. Then I went to the LB Road, Thiruvanmiyur shop and tried calling the customer care number & Delivery number- even though it was ringing, the boys holding the mobiles were not attending/ answering. After soughting for10 minutes, they send the fridge- but it was old damaged fridge with used packing materials & old damaged plastic covers. I returned it immediately and demanded my money back on 10/07/2017. When I reminded them to return my money back on 11/07/2017, Without my consent, they sent another fridge on 11/07/2017. Fearing of an inferior quality or defective product, I returned it. I do not want to see the people once again. IF YOU WANT YOUR BP TO BE INCREASED, PL VISIT SATYA AGENCY AND SPEND LAKHS OF RUPEES IN HOSPITAL. Never visit the shop- worst people are there

Worst experience, Its my bad i stepped into this show room, Thought of buying an AC because of this weather...So picked Voltas within 10 mins and paid my IP as well Loan process got completed in another 15 mis....All these took happened in 30 - 45min....Now after 3 days Voltas staff is ready to install the machine...But I am still waiting for the delivery....Still suffering in the Hot...Hate to visit again.It’s very unfortunate to me, because of lockdown I stepped into this show room to buy an AC and again they are right royally screwing my happiness in this hot times... they don’t have shame to give false commitments and they promote only LG ... not sure why... now LG installation guys show high attitudes ... first never kept their words and second they visited my place late evening and said they won’t complete the work now and have to come back tomorrow to finish the pending work.. because they don’t have enough copper and no shops available to purchase now... better they have to close this store....no more words..

I have purchased the Samsumg Split AC. Samsung service person called and he is ready to come for installation. But Satyas not deliver the items on time.Purchasing time they committed 12PM will deliver the AC (Not a free delivery they geeting money Rs 200)12.10 PM I called then they told before 3PM it will deliver.3.10 PM I called then they reply it will reach before 5PM.5PM I called then they reply before 6PMStill i am waiting for delivery.Note:Samsung service person also informed clearly they will not meet the delivery commitment.
