Holds all TVS bikes and services are also done inhouse. Not great service and hospitality. Bike Service starts by morning 7:00 am. Its a 2 floor showroom. Ground floor is for customers service. Second floor is more of a storage unit. All brand new TVS bikes are available.

The sales team is good. But the staff(Mechanics) are not responsible. No respect for the Branch Manger. They stick to time. But waste most of it while working hours. No a good place to service the bike. Very lazy and irresponsible mechanics. Most of the clients fight with the sales person for delay, not resolving the problems.. Only sales is good.

Even after multiple visit and leaving the vehicle at service center , problem with the new scooty I bought could not be solved.More importantly, the service center refused to provide any written/email report which explains the problem the found and the solution provided during each visit. I insisted on a service report and tried writing to GM of SBM and TVS customer care, still there is no response.

Bikes were explained by staffs clearly. RTO registration and delivery was on on time. Branch is maintained with good decorum by branch manager Raja.

I have purchased TVS ZESTfor my daughter last week at that time sales executive assured to deliver vehicle in full set like name plat and RC smart card etc but post sale nothing has happened now I have been instructed to contact RTO for smart card and nobody in the showroom gives attention to the customer. I am yet to get RC smart card. Very very bad experience.

Customer service is very poor. They will charge 500rs for booking and they return the same. And they will give most of the time the fake information for discounts. If you ask for the different color in bike they will always say only the color what they have is the TVS is manufacturing. Please dont go for this shop

I think new vehicles are defective. Even my blood relative got the silencer problem and now my new bike (scooty pep +) taken in April 2018 is being problematic one after another especially related to the silencer. Had to change it 2 or 3 times but still i am not getting it right. And the problem continues. I feel the new bikes have lost the quality . It is worst experience. One cant keep spending time and money on the same thing again and agian. Hate this. I deeply regret buying this bike. It is just the looks but no quality. I hope to find a solution and put a full stop to this once and for all.

I have given bike for service and complained about brakes.they have called me and said rear hub has to be replaced.i said ok.after one hour they have called me and said the spare is not available,it will take one more day.i said please complete balance jobs,as i cannot keep the bike one more day,my total schedule will disturb.while taking bike i said order for rear hub and after receiving please call me,i will bring bike and change rear hub as per you.while taking test drive i found rear wheel has noise and play.then they have taken inside and told one bolt was loose.again after one day same problem arise.again i have taken to service center .they said rear wheel has to be changed.The service team is not upto mark,there team members are giving different feedbacks.Even after one week still now i have not received any call from service team regarding spares.after 3 days of servicing even speedometer,fuel reading and kilometer reading also not working..Really worst experience with SBM TVS PERVALLUR

They lie about free Helmet, told me helmet will be given along with RC but now turncoat that no helmet since discount is given. Fraud!

The staff is unprofessional, they did not share the required documents , they did not bring the vehicle to the rto at the right time,making us wait for 2 hours on the afternoon sun ,they didnt pick our calls and failed to respond to our queries.All in all not a very helpful showroom, best to try a different showroom or a different brand.

If u want to make Ur bike to the worst situation u are the most welcome. First of all the service is of very worst . Then according to them if they gave u the time by 5 pm thn its 7pm in their view. Scratches and broken parts is very common here. If u want to save your bike from them thn pls dont bring your bike to this showroom.
