I am surprised Amazon delivers via Delhivery! I got a message from Delhivery for a shipment that I was waiting eagerly. Message claims I rescheduled delivery. I did not receive call at all. How easily they fool people.

I got this message Order pending as consignee did not respond to verification call.Didnt receive a call and thats there excuse.

Delhivery is the worst courier service ever. They postpone the delivery date to a week later and say that the customer asked to reschedule. They are liars and unprofessional people. They dont even havecustomer care number. Dont ever use this service. Youll just waste your time and money.

Single package from bangalore to chennai takes 5-6 days

Worst services ever.they tamper the parcel & change the articles inside the courier.Make a fake bill & deliver to the customer.

I wish there was no option for one star also , one of the worst courier services I would say, delivery date Given was 6th sep 2020 , the it gets delayed by one day every hour, out for delivery on 8th sep but delivery by 10th itseems, even local couriers wont delay so much, and charging so much, no contact number also.This kind of service must be closed, report it .

They can easily win the TOP WORST COURIER COMPANY title in India. They are amateur, rude and ineffective in all means. If you dont trust the review please try them once.

Since 15th Oct 2020, they are only delivering me DAILY SMS and NOT the fridge I ordered online thorugh Tata Cliq.Agent called me on 15th promising delivery by 2PM, revised to 5 PM , revised again to 12noon on 16th , re revised to 5 PM but not delivered.Received SMS today informing delivery today but yet to as at 4.10 PM on 17thThey have no remorse or compunction in making the customer wait endlessly for their Delivery person .This courier is GOOD for small packages BUT LOOKS WOEFULLY INADEQUATE for large / bulky items.Tatal Cliq, Amazon, Flipkart and the like may like to relook at such couriers
