Visited the coffee shop to meet a friend who was staying at the hotel. He mentioned displeasure at the customer service.My experience: This hotel is huge. Its very dimly lit which makes it difficult for first time visitors to even find the entrance of the lobby (i wasnt a first time visitor so i knew the route). The lobby is lavish and super well maintained. The coffee shop is also well maintained and the fruit juice served was good. A peaceful place for any meeting.

This is truly a 7 star property.Every thing is just lavish. Rooms are huge, restroom is so big that it looks like a room. Spotless rooms, lavish reception, staff is very courteous.However, rooms are over complicated, lights are controlled via ipad. Room service is damn slow as they have less staff due to covid.Food is awesome, buffet has massive spread, there are so much that you can not decide what to eat.I have enjoyed my business stay here.

This is a fabulous hotel that Ive been staying at since it opened. Im not sure if it is a legacy of Covid but the polish is beginning to tarnish. I had to change rooms because of an uncleaned toilet and some of the wallpaper is peeling and carpets are beginning to look very tired and threatbare. However, staff are very helpful, polite and attentive.

Amazing place undoubtedly. A must visit. Authentic. A couple of years back I felt that the place would diminish in stature , but Happily can report that its still impeccable.

Great five star luxury hotel in the heart of the city.Even if you are not planning on staying there, they have plenty of little cafeterias and restaurants on the premises, all five star keep in mind.You could spend half a day just visiting their facilities.We spent some time in the Fabelle cafe filled with chocolates and a few hours dining in their fine five star restaurant.Great place, really enjoyed it!

Attended the prestigious Times group business awards in the grand banquet hall. Beautiful layout, high ceiling, well lit, great sound systems and excellent dinner ! Its a beautiful hotel with high quality standards !!

Spent our 2 days holiday here in towers room.. room was very spacious and big then expected.. high maintenance. Courteous staff. Had breakfast in Madras pavilion they served buffet breakfast which is excellent in taste.. had dinner at avartana.. will visit ITC again for sure . Loved the ambience and the hotel room

Because of the staff. Restaurant, house keeping, laundry,front desk all of them were so helpful and always welcoming.

Rooms are awesome. Breakfast buffet is little complicated with all the barriers to ensure social distancing. Breakfast in the room is preferable. One of the two suites we booked was extremely cold and the technician could not adjust the temperature. This suite played a spoil sport. Fruit juices ordered were pathetic and when pointed out they were replaced with similar items. The quality control of fruit juices may be lacking. The time taken at the reception was also quite unduly long. The thin staff strength may be the reason but cannot be an excuse. The entire process should be simplified. Overall a good relaxing holiday.

Entire set up of the hotel is big and good but there is no hospitality shown towards guests. I have been watching in the lobby for a long time and all the guests were treated the same with no hospitality… Room service menu are very highly priced and also the price in the restaurant is also highly priced. People are treated as per their spending capacity. Very bad from such a branded Indian group of hotels..

The stay was fine. We were readily helped by the staff and the service was good. had breakfast there, the buffet was wide and the food was good. But the restaurant was very crowded. No provision of social distancing. The corridors leading to the rooms were dirty. And the rooms were just there in terms of cleanliness. (You definitely expect something from a luxury hotel). Additionally parking is a mess there. The basement parking had no sign board of the lift and because of the present situation there’s no valet parking. It was really hard to find a spot for parking. So, Wasn’t really happy with the room, the restaurant or the parking for the amount paid.

The hospitality and the events team was very supportive and proactive which made our event a success

Because of renovation work or something. There was constant machine noise. Bathroom shower handle are all with salt mark stains. Overall food is okay, not so up to other star hotels. Amenities are not available for guest. Expensive is the only feedback. Not much to say. Thanks.

Overall, the amenities, location is great but reception staff to learn about customer support. Customer service requires improvement.I had my booking confirmed in advance with all the details by uploading photo ID also in registration portal. But, still there were unnecessary questions at check-in which was frustrating and time consuming. Instead of checking reservations based on phone number that I remember, the reference was on booking ID which anybody can’t remember.Once when I was in the room, I had no idea about how to use the amenities like lights, TV etc., there are no guidance and no support although I have called three times to reception.While checkout, I had a plan with delayed checkout due to my plan in the city. It was communicated well in advance and there was an alignment.In addition i have updated personally at reception also about my checkout time in the morning itself on which it was also set. But, I have been locked out of my room 30min in advance due to which happened to go all the way down to unlock again. In addition my payment or card hold on during the checkin was not done properly due to which delay at checkout!

We were very warmly greeted by the well dressed personals at the reception in car park, the moment you got off the car. Then as per my expectations Miss Divyashree at the Front desk helped us get a good and big room with best bathroom.ITC Grand Chola is one of the best property with huge palace like building, I have ever visited so far with all safety measures. The food at breakfast table was very delicious and widely spread. All the staff of every department were trying to make our stay comfortable and satisfactory. Specially Miss SUSHMA speaking our language Nepali was very polite and helpful. I forgot my Mobile Charger and very well handled by Mr. SANDEEP who was kind enough to courier it back to my address.The Hotel, the surrounding, the staff and management were awesome. The staff inside breakfast hall were very polite and helpful.I will definitely stay here next time and also recommend to all. king size bed 🛌 and every thing in the room.

Fabulous hotel to stay. Comfortable room with all the amenities, A palatial feel when you stay in the hotel. Everything is good except the restaurant service. The service is very poor and pathetic, you have to queue up for filling your plates as most of the dishes are not refill properly or the serving staff has disappeared somewhere. I wonder whether post covid the service has deteriorated due to untrained staffs or a lack of it. Be it breakfast or dinner, service need to be improved.

Indian hospitality at its best, that’s what ITC hotels stands for. I had the buffet breakfast at Madras Pavilion and it was truly an amazing experience. The restaurant was sanitized and staff was extra cautious towards the hygiene. All the Staff were so humble and friendly and they helped us select food and drinks patiently. It was a world-class dining experience.Chef Prakash was kind enough to make us feel so special for crafting such authentic taste and amazing food

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Chennai! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

I recommend the rooms with views as they have a nice cozy seating by the window ...I would like to mention Deb the hotel manager for making my stay comfortable and Fabian at the restaurant for recommendations on food..the buffet breakfast has a good variety and is quite scrumptious...

A very calm ,pleasant and luxurious place to be in. The lights and decorations around will make one so peaceful and happy. Inside ITC , Fabelle is the best place to be in if you have carving for chocolate delicacies . Variety of chocolate dishes to order from. I specifically like the hot chocolate with spices. Also , the dark chocolate cakes are worth a try if you love dark chocolates. While you wait for food, you can click amazing pictures inside this exotic place.

One of the best five star hotels in chennai with ample car parking space at two number of underground base. Car parking area is provided with space for lay down and rest rooms for incoming drivers. Beautiful lawns with plenty of flowers. Separate porches for individual staying and purpose like corporate meetings, reception etc. Otherwise like restaurant, and other facilities deserve for 5 star category, is readily available. Each porche of the hotel building, reflects the name of great Chola dynasty kings are the worth mentioning. Guests staying here feel, home coming, and astonishing at the quick service style of staffs.

Recently visited ITC on the occasion of a friends birthday. This was the first time we had gathered after the long break of pandemics and we decided to have a quiet and less crowded place. To our surprise, this place was really crowded that we had to wait almost an hour to get our table. This was only the start of our misery.In the name of pandemic, there has been new processes introduced where you can get treated like dogs to get your foods served. hospitality was terribly missed. There is a lot of drama around the way your cutleries are being wrapped which feels nice, but that is the ONLY part to feel nice. you will have to ask ask ask ask and keep asking even for a soup and then you need to go around hoping and finding waiters so that you can ask them few more times to get your starters. we ended up walking around the hall most of the time finding and asking waiters for food or stand behind the glass counter for waiters to come so that you can get your food served. out of the almost 3 hours that we were there, 1 hour was wasted waiting to get the table which we din to get in the required restaurant but had to go to the buffet without a choice. Then another hour hoping between tables asking for food or finding waiters to beg for servings.I have traveled to many countries and have stayed in many hotels. This has been my WORST experience ever in a star hotel. I consider my time and money spent here useless. our occasion to celebrate that evening lost all of its essences. I am sure it would have been wise to have spent this time even in a much smaller restaurant where you would go back with some good food and memories leaving aside the experience.Dont be hasty to decide on this place, There are quite a few good ones in this vicinity where you can have some good food, get treated like a customer and what you pay is worth every penny.Do not get fooled by the appearance of this place. Looks Posh, classy and elite butttt...... USELESS!!!
