One of the wrost customer care service ... If you call to the given contact number they will make you wait and disconnect and if you order online it will take more than 3 hrs to deliver and they say its fresh chicken .... Fresh to home or tender cut is 100 times better than this they deliver within 1 hour and chick will be fresh not frozned.

The fish sold here is fresh and delicious; and the chicken is succulent. However, cold cuts are seldom available at this place and their app doesnt say so when they arent. Also, the marinated meats dont taste good. I would really appreciate it if beef was sold here along with all the other meats, since Im having a really hard time, explaining to the local butchers about the cut of meat that I want.

Quality of meat was good. However the management should take care of meat cutting plastic slab,very tiny pieces of plastic stick to the meat that will be visible only during cleaning the mutton.This is definitely a health hazard earlier they where using blue, yellow planks. Fipola should use wooden planks instead of plastic.

Pathetic customer service. Ordered an item on 24/4/2020. Never received the home delivery. After some days there website says delivered.Without delivering, they say the order is delivered. Ever since i am trying to contact the fipola guys. No reply - nothing.Very unprofessional and total waste of money and time.

Starting some business might not b bery difficult but wat is difficult is dat people cannot provide customer service. Delivering wrong products den also dey r nt at all apologetic to call n solve d issue. Have been using it for last 4 months. Never order a home delivery on Sunday, my order supposed to be delivered by 11am, came by 2pm. Another issue about home delivery is the freshness of meat. I had trash the chicken lollipops and even the whole chicken wasn’t good. At times, faced strong detergent smell. Sea food, the prawns were horrible, I had to trash after cooking them. Have bought some good stuff when went it person, but I can buy the best from my local butcher shop if I take the effort to go in person. Fipola is great disappointment for me and I decided to stop buying.

If you are bored and want to do something time pass then please visit this website or download this app. This is harmless non chargeable friendly site for you. For example you can order whatever non veg items you want without any charge and funny thing is that they never get deliver to your address even you order for first time all or all times. Just put COD and watch the thing. Moreover no will all you like amazon entire your life to ask where your address. Ordered the whole chicken as my first order on fipola.Received a neatly packed whole chicken. The package was cold which meant that It was maintained In a cold temperature. The meat was old and had a smell. After removing the skin the smell subsidised but the taste of a fresh chicken as fipola claims was totally absent. Disappointed. Would never recommend.

Very poor delivery and customer service. Earlier on seeing their ad, i had placed order. Even after hours passed of delivery schedule, i received call saying not available. Yesterday i had placed order for sankara fish for 8 to 10am delivery schedule. At 11 am i checked online about the status, it still shows order placed. Then called up the customer service no, after 30 minutes of waiting, she told it is on the way and banged the phone.

There is a saying in Telugu - Paina pattaram loona lottarum (translated all good and flashy on the outside but lacks substance on the inside). This sadly is what describes Fipola. We were very happy initially at the supposed hygienic conditions, till we had to endure their rotten fish. The fish was smelly upon cooking but given our perception of Fipola we refused to believe that they could have sold us rotten fish (fish in question is Threadfin bream/Sankara Meen). We tried their crab and prawns, both were not to the mark.

NEVER ASK FOR HOME DELIVERY FROM FIPOLA. We ordered seafood from Fipola for home delivery (order number 6350781). We had paid online. What was supposed to be a simple home delivery turned out to be a very painful experience. We had ordered at about 9 AM. After 2 hours of waiting when the order dint turn up we had called them up to enquire, we were told that one of the items we ordered wasnt there. So the order was taken only when we called. The store offered us an alternative item. After waiting for one more hour a delivery person turned up only to tell us that he had brought the wrong order to our house. After several calls to the call center, after being told that the order will arrive in 10 minutes several times, and waiting for 1.5 hours more, the delivery person finally turns up at 2 PM, only to tell us that he could bring only one of the items we ordered, and the other items were not available. After making calls to the delivery manager of the OMR store (Balaji), and after a lot of requesting, he said that the money will be refunded for the undelivered items. FIPOLA, you guys are a joke.

I ordered uncooked mutton and chicken from Fipola via their online app.Firstly they missed the order and I got to know only about an hour when i called them on about status not moving in the app.Got the meat after an hour however mutton was smelling bad had a foul smell.I doubt if it was mutton or it was spoilt.They cheated the customer.
