Worst experience ever with any household service provider. No velue of time & commitment.Booked an appointment (Job ID - 580660119) on 6th for 7th noon (1 to 3pm) for refrigerator repair. Today 9th, no one from concern visited. Raised it to call-centre number thrise, standard commitment is response will be given in 15 min. But till now no one turned up.If youre a family man, Housejoy is not trust worthy...

PLS DONT USE THEIR SERVICES. Theyre just novices and follow-up response is pretty screwed up. The guy who cleaned my AC repaired it completely and Ive to now take a professionals help to get it redone.

Was looking for construction services online and came across Housejoy. I wanted to get my new office space constructed. Booked the services and got done with all the formalities. The construction was handed over in time. The staff is really really kind and they know what they are doing. Thanks a lot, Housejoy! I would recommend their construction services guys. Go for it.

Housejoy is truly professional with their services. I had called for a barber from Housejoy to cut my hair and thank god I did so. My hair looks really good and the person who came did a great job. I was also impressed with the safety and hygiene measures the person took. He also gave me a head massage which was complementary with the service. It was very relaxing and out of this world. Great experience!

I had to get shower installed in my bathroom. My roommate told me about Housejoy and it was done really well. The crew was professional and got the installation materials himself. I just had to pay extra for that which was truly fine. It was done without much of an issue.

We booked a technician to do the electrical work at our new house. There were 3 people who came over and took care of the work. It took around 5 days for the entire work. They were pretty good and also advised me on a lot of things that would make living easier. It was a good service in an affordable price.

HouseJoy did a very good job with my floor extensions. The best part was that they completed the project within the promised time. People were very skilled and professional and also responsible. It was very smooth, from the plan approval to the handover of the completed house. We did hit some snags, but it was taken care of by them fairly quickly. Highly recommend them.

Due to voltage fluctuations our fuse box was completely fried. We required a technician urgently as the entire electrical supply was cut off. We booked a technician from Housejoy. He was very punctual and arrived at the promised time. He took a little time to get the electricity supply up and running but the job was well done. I am very happy with how it was handled and would definitely recommend them.

They ask money in advance as booking agreement cost and have not shared the agreement 3 months.. after so many push and pull finally arranged for online signature. Again to start the project main agreement is completely to make customer prey. We have requested to cancel the project due to irrelevant company procedures and tactics to pull out our hard money and nothing happens then... Still Cancellation process is in progress and no one picks the call or reply for mails or messages... How can they live with the blood and sweat of poor people like me.. my hard earned money is now stuck and no process is taken to settle this... Already due to financial and mental strains we are almost under vain... I want someone with good heart to understand the pain and Refund our hard earned money without anymore delay. Else for all the loss encurred for interest payment for cash paid against booking agreement 1,50,000 and any other cost has to be compensated due to abnormal delay and company procedures.... already 60,000 interest has been wasted because of this.. the worst and cheap way of living with my hard earned money... so cheap..... shame on you guys to eat with our poor peoples hard earned money....This company should be black listed.

I booked HouseJoy’s services for renovating my kitchen and dining area. I wanted to improve the area by personalising it and also add an office working space as I am working from home. I wanted to go for a minimalist approach with my interiors. They did an excellent job with it. It looks much better and completely fresh. They were very friendly and quite helpful.

HouseJoy completed my construction work on time

I had a terrible cockroach infestation in my kitchen for a very long time. I tried a lot of things and booked several services to get rid of them but nothing worked. A friend of mine recommended HouseJoy as she had used their services before and was really happy with it. It has been 1 month now since I had my kitchen cleaned, and the infestation has not returned. I am really grateful to these guys. They did a great job!

Better to go for a normal local bathroom cleaning guy than paying this much for this sub standard service. Adding to the poor quality there are so many hidden charges to argue with. Booked their services for bathroom deep cleaning last week.. The people who came were very u professional... We complained about their service on the spot and they said another team would come and redo the work... We paid money for services and bathroom is in a worse state than before the cleaning.. I’v written an email and still no response.. I’v also spoke to chat support... What kind of service is this... I’d have called the neighbour hood cleaners if this was the services I get at such a premium price...They splattered water all over the bathroom with faucet and never bothered to wipe it dry.. My mirrors and walls now have dried water droplet patches... Extremely disappointed...

Absolutely pathetic had unprofessional management. Gathering the bookings from customer and later on realising that it is too cheap to deliver at the agreed price(which is mentioned on their website). Finding excuses to not deliver as per commitment. Communicated on the eleventh hour that the service cannot be delivered because the price that I have chosen is too less for house cleaning although I have chosen the package what is mentioned in the website. How can you commit something and then back out because you realise the price doesnt work out for you?! Very very unreliable!

Be careful with HouseJoy. Have bunch of looters and dont get fooled by them. They quote one price and then do less work to gain more. I had many bad experiences, recently one carpenter came and quoted Rs.5,500 for a cupboard work. The estimated work was for 3-4 days, but he did only 1.5 days work and vanished with the money. We thought its through HouseJoy and we can complain, but they too seems to be part of such frauds. We are filing cheating case on this.

I had very worst experience with your washing machine service. I called to repair drainset not working properly, The representative came investigate and told the same. This guy told me that I will go and buy it will cast around Rs 350 (I know it will not this much cast), after sometime he came back and told that drum set is not available. He asked me for visiting charges of Rs 236, I was so upset and paid that amount for without doing anything.I never ever recommend this service to anyone.I can say house joy very worst service center, they are Money minnded service center.Most of the very good local technicians are there. Search by Google and find them.

Worst service ...the just do nothe know what to do. All the so called technicians or trade men are the worst of the lot. Forget to basic service or repair ...they cause more damage to your machines. I got my Hitachi Ac serviced (wet) from the House joy...they were pathetic and totally unprofessional...had no experience or knowledge of wet AC service. They just washed my AC with water that to very badly. My Ac sensors got damaged and after service there were many problems. I have to spend Rs.3000 on repair of my Ac. I got it repaired from Hitachi Service Centre. They told me the sensors and other parts got damaged due to poor service and unprofessional way of wet service. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM THIS FRAUD APP. TOTAL FRAUD. USELESS.

Beware of these guys. They know all the knacks to get money out of your pocket. Big team with nice talking people out there to hurt your pocket and you will end up crying. Pathetic customer service. nice talk no actual help to customer. Some people working there think if they talk in accented english would do, but actual customer service means helping the customer, which they are not capable of doing. The service charges are very expensive, but the service is poor.BEWARE! They even charge GST for labour work, they wont give bill but charge you GST.

Very poor. Fixed wiht them to clean my house. They asked me to empty my kitchen cupboards and i was waiting. No one turned up. The previous day i even confirmed my appointment and they messaged thanking me for confirmation. The supervior Mr.Manoharan had his cell phone switched off. House joy siad they will find a replacement but never it back. Very un trustworthy and customer unfriendly. Please do not avail thier servise.

I have been using Housejoy regulalrly and have liked their services. But the last 2 services for the AC have turned out to be really bad. The guys came and charged for parts and one guy lied saying housejoy will send and then later said he will send and both did not happen. After 2 months same problem the new guy says whoever worked on it previously messed up with the wiring and he would rectify it, says he needs to buy some parts, takes cash gives his own bill instead of the bill from the shop. AC doesnt work the same day, comes back next day does something and still doesnt work. Then gives vague reasons saying the stabiliser should be upgraded to a double booster. All the ACs in the house have been working perfectly fine with the existing stabilizers. Ultimately I have spent more than 2500/- and the AC is not working, and to add to this Im not able to reach HOusejoy for the last 2 days, nor have got a receipt for this job. The services are slipping and there is no proper vetting of the people work them.
