This builder moved to a new location - Sembakkam.BUYERS BEWARESakthivel builder owner Senthil Kumar and his team member Mr Suresh kumar are unprofessionals.They talk as if they are doing everything good for you but whatever they talk are utter nonsense and limitless lies (one day they even claimed that he laid the street road instead of the corporation).Do not get sold if they say any they are giving you additional amenities like interior decoration, RO, A/C, Inverter. Except providing cheap wood work they will not provide you anything else.Right from taking loan in bank and getting your possession back will be painful.If you act smart by not making payments, they will find different ways to cheat you anyway or will stop work in your flat.I treated him with respect and paid on time whenever he asked for money from me, still he decided to cheat me and did a poor service after multiple fake promises and sweet talks.These are the things he cheated:1. During ground breaking day, I asked for changes in my house plan, he cheated, did not pass my message to the Engineer.2. Made me pay more money by promising extra amenities for the house compared to my neighbors.3. Tried to cheat me by not paying for my EB connection to TNEB. They took 2 months to provide me EB connection after we moved the file with EB officer directly.4. Installed old/used jet pump motor promised to replace in 1 month, and cheated.5. My pregnant wife and I begged him to provide at least one A/C unit (he promised 2 units. Since he was promising me again and again I did not buy on my own for first 3 months after moving in)6. Poor quality building materials and masons were used by him.7. He took 3 months to finish basic interior work.I lost my hard earned money by buying poor quality home from him(cracks everywhere within first 3 months of possession with rain water seepage)Even you pay him so much money he will still expect us to provide petty cash to his workers.
