Extremely poor customer experience from DRA.Everyone should think twice before buying properties from large corporates because once sale is done its their way or high way. Besides poject being extremely delayed (that can at least be excused due to pandemic reasons) there are no updates from their side to reassure customers. Poor transparency and customers are always downright told no for even the smallest request. In 3 years the project was open for customer review only once and repeatedly closing doors for any kind of inspection. The timeline meter and slogans they share are a bogus. The worst customer service any construction company can give.PS: Most of the 4-5 start reviews look forged!

I have the pleasure to be associated with DRA, Centralia and so far do not regret in booking my Dream Home with them. Before the registration we had conducted a study of our needs with many other reputed builders but finally found DRA upto our requirements and budget. Although the date of handing over the possession is of long duration we expect they would abide to the quality prescribed in our contract agreement and wouldnt compromise on it. Only after handing over I will be able to rate their quality and hence as of now kept the grading on quality as stand by. The professionalism with which each and every member of DRA has responded to our calls and mails are commendable. They have a very friendly approach which bridges the gap of communication between the builder and the allotted. Hope they continue in the same way as per our expectations and trust our special Thanks to Mr. Sriram, Mr.Abdul, and Mr.Ajay🙏

DRA is a Professional team, that delivered a quality flat. CRM team of Gayathri/ Martin were very professional and customer focused. Engineering team especially Dhanapal is very efficient. CFO Mr.Ravi is very supportive and always available to listen to customers. Overall a great builder

U can imagine your situation yourself if you were to solve anything major. Not Recommended. Lethargic attitude by CRM.I bought an apartment at Tuxedo Elite. Apart from few hiccups, everything was fine & I sent an appreciation mail saying was a Happy customer.Then DRA started showing its TRUE colours.I dont have an address for my apartment till today. When contacted CRM, they said property tax & EB name transfer is in progress & will hand over the documents once completed.Got a mail on 22nd September, 2020 AFTER 9 MONTHS of (so called) HANDOVER, that documents will be handed over shortly. Till date, NOT DONE.When contacted the CRM, to send the soft copy, the reply wasThe papers are ready and we are not in position to deliver the same because 3 of our team members are covid positive.If possible if your good self can collect at our corporate office can do it, please inform a day prior or else kindly bear with us till such time we deliver the same.Their own team members are Covid positive, and they want me to come & collect at their office. So RIDICULOUS.I mailed them again to scan & send me the copy of property tax & EB documents. NO REPLY. 😤THE COMMUNICATION FROM DRA IS VERY VERY POOR.And this is not the first one with CRM. The same goes for other departments as well, Facility, Sales.....The CRM team needs a restructuring.If this is how they treat Premium (Elite) apartment customers, then I wonder how the treatment will be for others.I hope Mr. RANJITH is aware of the happenings in DRA & sort it out at the earliest to safeguard their brand image.

I think my review will help to so many customer.I had a wrost experience with the senior sale manager syed given all the false promise which he has given to me regarding loan process he dont have mininum good relation with the bank but he told me i will take care i know the bank people now he is tell me to contact the bank people as i am from hyderabad if they dont have good relationship they could tell before itself so that i can arrange or i would drop the plan i wasted my 2months of time and bank processing fee.The management also is support to the sales people only if you pay the booking amount they will treat you as customer orelse they will not care you.I actually had a fight with the syed regarding the false promises which he had given finally he talk with bank people i think to stop the loan disbursement as per my request.wrost experience happen by DRA HOMES.The positive comments are given by there team itself.Please dont cheat the customer for the sake of you money mainly sales person.If this good contruction i would get reply for management.I asked sales senior manager i want to talk with management he was telling me that why you want to make a big issue if you want you can buy orelse leave this deal.This the way to speak with customers.bad experience for me from DRA.The MD should know what the sales person are doing.

DRA is an extremely professional Real estate company that redefines the customer experience. Rare to find such professional companies especially in a not so organized sector. They stick to their committments and deliver homes as per schedule or perhaps before time. Customer is truly made to feel like a king at all times. I am a happy owner of their pristine pavilion project Vega block apartment no: 410 in Mahindra World City. Even for a small apartment of 610 sqft in their Vega block, I am getting my rent every month without fail. As an investor, I am delighted that my apartment is giving me rental returns without me having to take any efforts. I would recommend anyone who is considering to buy an apartment to check out DRA Homes.

I am using DRA apartment in Mahindra world city. They use bad products in apartment. It doesnt sustain a year. I am paying from my pocket for replacement and repair. Those managers ane money oriented. No ethics or manner in discussion. They dont care the product quality if the money passed to their pocket.

Hi im Dr.Karthikeyan from Madipakkam. I wanted to book an apartment at DRA 90 degrees. Ms.Preethi was the sales manager we got impressed with her way of explains things. She clearly explained what is possible what is not possible. Everything was going well until we met the GM (Smitha). She came tried to convince us to book the apartment on the same day. We negotiated a price and agreed. We said we will give the cheque tomorrow as it was my wifes birthday. But when we went with the cheque the next day she suddenly increased the price by 6 lackhs saying some stupid reasons like the car parking was not available. We already knew the car parking is available as said by a sales representative on the same day. She (Smitha) knew that we are going to book the apartment for sure since its my wifes birthday she wanted to utilise this information and wanted to make money. We got offended by the way she wanted to cheat us so we dropped the project. Thanks to Smitha that we dropped the project now we are getting a better apartment at better cost.

The Person who explained me their Product (Mr. Prathap) was very practical and Patient in walking me (and my Mom too) through their whole Product and their Progress.. We troubled him with lot of questions .... Then I insisted him to show me their Model house.. He promised me to be there on time the next day and he was their as promised .. Wow, the quality of construction is Amazing (Right from Paint, to Door, to Tiles, to Wooden floor,) .. It was Mind-Blowing .. Meticulously Planned Construction...Spaces were well-used... Then he connected me to his Boss, Mrs. Smitha. She was very assertive all through the call and Gave me a good deal. I found her Assertiveness very promising and Positive and became much more confident with the whole Team... They are truly customer-friendly and pretty transparent in their whole process. I have seen with other builders where they go desperate to convince the customers.. But it is not the case with DRA.. They are Genuine as their Product is cool .. I was searching for apartment past 3 years.Finally landed a DRAA on Aug 2014.Without knowing much about DRAA, i bought the APT.After booking, generally builders wont bother about customer. But DRA is different. Customer Expierence is excellent till today for me.My investment is in safe hands.Apt is completed in said timing. Construction quality & Customer Exp is excellent at DRA. Ill recommed this DRAA. Buy apt without worries. Ranjith/Aneetha are people i used to interact in DRA.
