Good quality construction, nice location

Garbage is dumped just outside the compound wall and burnt regularly. Very harmful for the occupants and the residents living nearby. The management has to do something about waste management soon.

Good. airy. Specious. place. near. to the nature

This project is under construction and most probably will get completed in a couple of months as most of the work is over. Near TNHB colony and located in a residential area. Bus facility is there and for local train, you have to come to Ambattur railway station, a 10 minutes drive from the site. Model flat is good and also the rest of the flats also look good. They have a park, gym, meeting hall and children play area. There are two drawbacks. One is that the carpet area is very small and the other is the rates. Even after negotiation prices are not nominal. But you can invest your money here if you have no financial issues.

I could give 3* since Its under construction. I guess post completion of project we could see the amenities. We got corporation park available beside the project which is good. 150mt away from project we could see huge TNHB flats its crowded place with shops available but road is not good. Hardly 2.5 km from Ambatur bus stop to project. Not sure of train accessibility. I visited the model flat it was good. Under construction flat also looks good but need to see post completion and not sure of vasthu if u ask the executive over there even they are not sure. After speaking to executive felt price is high, they said its negotiable. Not sure how much they reduce. Also, they said project completion is on June. If you are looking for ready to move then you gotta think.....
