I visited the site with my brother who is looking to buy a 3 bedroom in that locality . Their sales person explained very well and sent us to their model house where we met thieir GM Ms Smitha who explained where DRA had different quality finishes that were actually there in the model . Very good premium finishes .we are convinced to invest here only if at all we proceed.

As their tag line says experience nice..it was indeed an awesome experience.. From start to end we were shared all details.. Being at an early stage what impressed our family was the time line meter which matched their site status bringing in trust and credibility.. The detailing in the finishes was also explained well by the sales person with the help of video demonstration.. Offer that impressed me the most was the pre emi benefit which solves the biggest pain point of my pocket.. I was handdle by the GM Smitha PArasuraman. She made lots of promises like free back to back car park and few others and gave us a deal of 93L for 1282sqft... we said ok and told her we ll bring the cheque the next day as it was my bday. She took an advantage of the day and when I went with a cheque she increased 6L in the cost saying back to back parking is not available anymore... they give us a lot of false promise that now I even doubt their quality in construction... moreover the count of pillars and beams were less compared to the adjacent 3 constructors... I am not an engeneeire but still I wonder why DRA has 5 and rest have 11 pillars. I feel fortunate not to have booked. Thanks MRs. Smitha

Hi im Dr.Karthikeyan from Madipakkam. I wanted to book an apartment at DRA 90 degrees. Ms.Preethi was the sales manager we got impressed with her way of explains things. She clearly explained what is possible what is not possible. Everything was going well until we met the GM (Smitha). She came tried to convince us to book the apartment on the same day. We negotiated a price and agreed. We said we will give the cheque tomorrow as it was my wifes birthday. But when we went with the cheque the next day she suddenly increased the price by 6 lackhs saying some stupid reasons like the car parking was not available. We already knew the car parking is available as said by a sales representative on the same day. She (Smitha) knew that we are going to book the apartment for sure since its my wifes birthday she wanted to utilise this information and wanted to make money. We got offended by the way she wanted to cheat us so we dropped the project. Thanks to Smitha that we dropped the project now we are getting a better apartment at better cost.
