It is also well priced compared to other builders.The sales and after- sales services of Casagrand are excellent. Their customer care team sales is extremely good and they attend to the customer queries in a polite and efficient manner. I am happy with my experience with Casagrand so far and atrongly recommend this builder.

Casa Grand has left the Bloom Villa campus abruptly without proper handover to the association. Lot of pending issues like UDS mismatch, Temple land inside our premises which was not declared to all of us, Club house not handed over and locked. Not expected from such a builder. Buyers pls be careful before finalising your property with Casa Grand.

Casagrand Bloom project located on Thirumudivakkam (Chennai) seems a biggest failure for Casagrand, too many legal issues, buyers are shocked seeing legal issues after purchase, now the worst case is that Casagrand left the Community without proper handover, which made all the residents shocked.Too many cases in RERA as well from the start of this project. most favoring residents.

Very worst response for any queries . Non of the people on top are reachable to customers. Even your own money or item which is with them they wont give at all . I booked in 2018 suppose to hand over at Jan 2020. But got extensions after taking 95% of payment from RERA with out any information to customer and collects all the delay payment charges from customers. Not at all customer friendly. Asked for modification in toilet instead of floor mounted to wall mounted. They didnt reduce the amount for the Default commode and charged us full and promised to the return Default commode. I have taken over with a lot of compromises but they are yet to return the Default one. This how the customer will be treated. They send a team to take care of faults in home but when you ask they will say they are only coordinators and only will send it to concern team. Again you are back at square one this is the way they deal after taking your payments.

CASAGRAND had left the Casagrand Bloom community without sorting out issues in UDS, GST payment, temple land, planning and completion certificates. They also didnt handover the Corpus fund and close the mortgage on club house.This was my earlier review for the people from i-care team- there were few cracks and seepage issue in walls in our villa in casagrand bloom. Pavitra from i-care team coordinated and helped us to get those fixed in 1 or 2 days after reporting. Thanks for her prompt support.

Mistakenly we have invested in the project of Northern Star. I dont know how people are making good comments about their service, seems their own freinds.Waiting from 2016 onwards, still no site visit and no response. Again they have postponed handing over of Northern Star project to May 2022. Collected 95 % of the cost and emi repayment started apart from our regular rent. I dont know how this builder is going to survive and his team members are going to get new customers for their new projects.I have seen many builder came to road because of their rude behaviours and many builders are still in field only because of theri prompt service. We had some issues with the floor tiles in our home in Casagrand Aldea and we contacted the Icare team. Bathurin Begum responded to our query and assured us that they will take care of it. Though there was a delay of nearly 1.5 months for the procurement of the tiles and the vendors availability, the work which they came and did is impeccable. Kudos to Chandra Bose for co-ordinating with us and making sure the work was done perfectly. We are happy with the results. 👍

At certain point no one who called you before booking will not attend your call. I am a current customer bought a flat in casagrand Irene and my post sales experience was extremely poor! It took significant effort to get the handover with lot of delay and the maintenance amount the builder supposed to pay till handover is not paid yet. This is escalated to the sales and service management, escalated to mr. Franklin and Jagan but none responded yet. The sales person was Mr. Prabhakar and the service person was Mr.Manikandan. There is no ownership and no customer service at all. Overall a pathetic experience and only step now is to go Legal.

I had booked a flat with Casagrand Athens and cancelled the booking later because my parents did not like the area. Thereafter its been 5 months since I am following up with the team for refund of the booking amount and there is no proper response. I have been just given numbers of different people to contact n follow up but with no action from their end . After following up continuously I finally got the refund cheque last week though it was dated 6 days after the delivery of the cheque ... To my surprise when I deposited the cheque after 6 days it got bounced/returned without getting processed. This is something which I never expected from a brand like Casagrand - We have to run and follow up with the company for the money which ideally belongs to us and for which they dont even pay us an interest.While getting the booking done I was forced to make the payment immediately and promised that even if I cancel the booking later I will be paid back the refund within 2 months. But yeah those are false promises.. worst part is my family is so disappointed of this behaviour and I am unable to answer them seeming to be a irresponsible son to do this .please do not make any bookings with the company if you are not sure of the project else your booking money will get blocked with them for months and you need to do all the hardwork to get it back from them. And frankly after this experience I would never ever prefer Casagrand for my dream house.

I had the worst experience with them. My sincere advise, do not give advance amount if you arent sure about the property you want to take. I approached Savoye at Thoraipakkan and had to drop out from the plan because i am not convinced with the surroundings. Unfortunately i gave 1L advance which they promised to return back in a month if i had to cancel. It was in March and till now they didnt even initiate the return. I had to go around multiple people, multiple mails and here i am writing a review. The team are a bunch of idiots and there is no stream lines process.Update (Aug 28,2021) - Casagrand team kept asking me to send emails to different recipients , bank statement proof for the payment done, and as always they kept saying the refund will be done in a week since months. I did the payment on March 5th, cancelled it the following week and it is pending ever since.

Back in February I decided to book a flat in Casagrand Tudor. It was said that we have to pay a sum of amount( 1 lakh ) as token advance which is also refundable if to be cancelled within a span of 30 days. Due to unavoidable circumstances I was not able to proceed with my purchase and decided to cancel the booking of my flat, hoping to get my token advance back.Every time when I enquired about my refund of token advance the responses were not promising. I was waiting for almost 5 months. I then directly went to their head office and requested for my refund. Despite being liable to my money, they made me to wait for hours in their office.Thanks to one of their staff, Ms. Pavithra ( Retention Dept. ) who was meticulous enough in helping me to get my refund back within a span of 3 days. Her politeness and work standards are truly to be appreciated. She was precise in giving out directions, had good communication skills and guided me through the entire refund process.According to my opinion Casagrand has to improve its corporate gesture and should value its customers. Kindly be dedicated to the refund policy. Please give importance to your customers money and time.Thank you

Theres no customer service as such . There is clear indication of fraudulent in terms of getting advance amount and they wont given back money as per their commitment. Even after 5 months with so many mails and calls , still they were not return the booking amount after cancelation request. Very disappointed to make an investment in The Riviera - Case Grande there is no weather cost or Dr fix protection in the roof, due to which when it rains the walls become wet and even you have emulsion paint it wears out. Seapage issue inside the flat block E 2nd floor. The flat would be ok first 6-8 years are so. No one is taking responsibility. Unsatisfied customer.
